“Very bad experience with this hotel. 1. Despite Govt. of India rule, they don't accept masked aadhar as ID proof and insisted for original aadhar. 2. Don't get attracted to pics, rooms are just average. 3. mattress was buggy, lots of stains were there on sheets. 4. no co-ordination between staff, despite requested to clean the room, it was all messy and un cleaned when we returned to hotel after 3-4 hours. 5. No hot water on 1st day, shower was all jammed. 6. booking was done with advance payment via MMT, despite that they didn't verified till check out and took extra time while checking out.”

“I traveled solo to Ahmedabad and stayed at this place for five days. It was a great deal for the price. The staff was nice, the bed was clean, and they changed the sheets in-between. The place is big, so you have privacy. It's near the metro and bus stop, making it easy to get around. The stay is inside a mall with a food court and other things. There's a shared bathroom with more than five cubicles, but it's okay for the price. They also give hot water in the morning. I'm very satisfied with the stay.”

“The rating of the hotel Shobhana palace and actual facility doesn't match. How can they name it "Palace"?? The room size while booking on the MMT app was 120 sq. ft. but in actual the room is hardly have carpet area of 65-75 sq. ft. Bed size 5.5 ft x 5.5 ft approx, 2 ft space to move around the bed and the room ends. They did not provide Towels, soaps, shampoo. They control the geyser power supply from hotel reception, so weird.... The ceiling fan was at height 6.5 ft because ceiling height is 7ft. Does the hotel have fire department NOC? They seems to have illegal construction to include balcony space into hotel room. MMT team need to do due diligence of this hotel property and check all NOCs from AMC corporation. I urge MMT team to visit this property, please. Don't trust the photos.”

Service is also good, you can see that staff is not only quick in service but also serve in proper way. All the places including Rooms, Banquet halls and washrooms were spotlessly cleaned. Sufficient parking space available.”

Roms are good and clean also the staff is well mannered except one person the "day manager "he is aged kind of person and have literally no manners and etiquettes of talking to a customer in our recent stay he behaved very rudely and backed on his own words as during booking the room we clearly asked them to book for 3pm to next day's 5pm and they confirmed it but after reaching he denied that but in end he agreed on that but said will charge 200rs extra and even after charging that he behaved in very ill mannered way. Anyways its a good hotel but beware of this manger he is a mannersless idiot could ruin your whole stay”
