“I was introduced to Henann by my Filipino family and we stayed in Henann Boracay before we came here in Tawala. Well Henann positioned themselves as luxury 5 stars but there’s a few basic amenities that makes me rethink if i will stay with Henann again, probably not. Shower If I know I am staying in a higher end hotel I usually pack light on my toiletries as I assume proper shower gel, shampoo, in-room slipper, and bathrobe will be provided. But none of the above are provided in this 5 star hotel. They only provide a small soap and a very low quality shampoo and conditioner. First world problems i guess 🤣 Water They only provide 2 small bottles a day. I have to try very hard to request for additional bottles in this hotel group. I ended up just head out to the nearer 7-11 to get my own water. Staff and service This is one of the areas we like most about Henann, the people. All the staff we encountered are very well-trained and friendly, thumbs up to all the crews 👍 Pool We do enjoy the pool but won’t recommend getting the direct pool access room as the pool is open to all hotel guests, so you’ll see stranger swimming right through your front door. Food The hotel breakfast is okay but I’ll rate it as below average for a luxury hotel standard. The selection is very limited and it gets extremely crowded. Only black coffee and tea is provided, no latte or cappuccino etc”

“Prepare to walk 10-15mins with suitcase and stuff over the beach to get here. Rooms are not clean, ants walking everywhere and bathroom smells like sewage. Got another room next doors because this one was fully booked. Had to pay extra, was not happy about the service because they seem to lack the understanding.. no apology, explanation, nothing. I recommend everyone to just spend a few hundred more pesos to stay in a proper hotel because this one is definitely NOT a 3-star accommodation..”

“I stayed at the Room and I have to say that my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, upon entering the room, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell of cacrohe, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as it was not cleaned well. To make matters worse, we encountered live cacroches running around the room, which was a major concern for us. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the front desk, no action was taken to address the problem. Furthermore, we were extremely disappointed to find that there was no hot water in the shower. This made the overall experience even more inconvenient and uncomfortable. Upon checking out, we approached the front desk, hoping for at least an apology or some form of acknowledgement for the issues we had encountered. However, the staff at the front desk showed no sign of concern or willingness to address our concerns. Their lack of empathy and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening. Considering the numerous issues we faced during our stay and the poor customer service we received, I have to rate my experience at the Room Hotel as zero. I highly doubt that I will choose to stay here again in the future.”

“Resort was a good place to stay. It's a few minutes walk towards the main road with different restaurants along going to the public beach front of Panglao (approximately 10-15min walk). Resort's facilities may need more improvements. The room was cleanly arranged but the comfort room door couldn't lock or even close. The TV was in a different language which made it difficult to navigate and the staff was not sure how to solve it. Breakfast meal that they provided was so-so. They do have a good pool wherein its depth ranges between 4-8 feet. Overall, its a fair price to stay but I do think there are a few things they need to improve with regards to their facilities and services.”
