“This is a pretty run down Homewood Suites. I thought it was a newer hotel but it’s clearly not. My room smelled of urine but I couldn’t switch due to it being supposedly fully booked. The inside of my door also had crazy marks on it which made staying alone a little unsettling. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before booking, I wish I had! I won’t be staying here in the future.”

“We had a room block at The Lucie for our wedding weekend and truly had the best time!! The hotel went through a renovation, so for more accurate and updated pictures, the website is the best depiction of what it actually looks like. The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. We stayed on the first floor in one of the suites, and it was so nice being able to just open the sliding door to go to the beach. It was just perfect!! And Steve at the front desk was the absolute best!! He has an amazing way of connecting with the guests and making them feel right at home! The only reason why I gave four stars for service was because there was a woman who worked in the cafe who should probably not be working in customer service. I thought maybe I had just caught her in a bad moment, but then I had many friends and family staying at the hotel who commented on how “unpleasant” she was, which made us avoid the cafe for the rest of our stay. The rest of the staff was super kind and accommodating and contributed to us having a wonderful stay. We loved being able to relax by the pool and order drinks and food from the outdoor bar! Overall, we had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay again!!”

“The rooms are definitely low class. The location is pretty good. It's not great, but OK. They make you feel like you are right out on the ocean when its just an inlet. Private peer. OK. Really, I wouldn't ask for a refund. But I definitely won't be back. Read the room description and call the hotel before book8ng. That's a must if you are booking through a 3rd party. Room descriptions are completely wrong based on what the hotel actually offers. The staff is absolutely amazing, though. They made it worth staying, or I would have left for sure. Stuff was smiling polite. Went above and beyond. They don't rush you when breakfast is done at 10. If people are eating, they let customers be customers and finish then. Close. Thank you R”

Pool was nice. Just needed somewhere to crash on the way to Miami. Convenient location. Liquor store convenience store Wendy's and McDonald's all within walking distance”

“A group of us come here every year for the Annual Muster at the UDT-SEAL Museum. We rent the trailer, RV spots and camp spots. The grounds and facilities are always clean and the people that run it are always professional and polite. Check out Little Jimi's bait and tackle. It's a decent place to grab a bite and a cold beer.”
