“The 3bedroom/3bath was a perfect setup for kids, parents, and grandparents. Room was clean and updated. Beds were comfy. Checkin was easy and pretty low sales pressure (which we appreciated). One thing to note is the Master suite gets substantially colder than the rest of the bedrooms. So put someone in there that likes to be cooler at night. Which is most likely not Grandma and Grandpa. Our only complaint is there's not enough hot tubs on the resort. None behind the North village where we are staying.”

“The location was in a secluded area. CHECKING IN AT GATE takes close to a whole hour for some odd reason and The villa I stayed I'm was big but the toilet was clogged up once and the air conditioner was Hella noisy along with the fans in the bathroom it was weird. There were a lot of small gnats floating around as well so I'm guessing a sewage problems is a major topic here. THE HOST LEFT weird messages around threatening charges if Towels were stained or things were missing and not put back so we had went to grab our own sheets and towels and things and they gave cleaning orders to thoroughly clean for thee Cleaning Company to come. LIKEEE HUHHH? WHAT WAS THE CLEANING CREW GOING TO DO? WE WONDERED”

“It is very good cost benefit. Small resort, not crowded. Rooms are nice, good view of the lake, comfortable bed. Nice pool area with jacuzzi. Excellent location, across the street from Old Town, a lot of food options at walking distance. Cons: -Old rooms, need update; broken tiles. -They don’t clean the rooms if you stay less than a week. Could use some cleaning at least every other day. -Service could be better. The attendant who checked us in was not much friendly. -We are a couple and they put us in the first floor. They put a family with small children upstairs and they keep running and screaming. Sometimes it seemed that the ceiling would fall over our heads, so much noise! The noise woke us up 6:30 am, when we just wanted to sleep late. The structure of the building is not sound proof. That is the main reason we are not coming back.”

“This is my 3rd time staying at High Point for a family Disney vacation. The property is older and needs some updates but well maintained. It is very clean, we felt safe and the staff is friendly. It is conveniently located near Walmart and restaurants and 12 minutes away from the Disney Parks. We had a great stay for Christmas. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a cookie sheet pan.”
