“We just checked in to the Hampton Inn in Lubbock this is one of the nicest Hamptons I've ever stayed at. Mona at the front desk was fantastic to work with. She offered Breakfast early even though we were on the red eye out of Lubbock going back to Austin. This is the best value for a very nice hotel. The rooms are large and very clean. Employees like Mona make the hotel stay process awesome. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn....👍👍👍”

“The place is nice but for $125 a night!!! You would think the bed would be nice. Worst sleep I’ve ever had, the bed sinks in and me and my husband roll to the middle. I don’t have back issues but today I do. I stay in a lot of hotels due to work travel. I’ve never been up all night in pain. After being in a car for 19 hours just would of liked a comfortable bed and rest… NOT WORTH $125 that’s for sure!!!!”

“Hotel was clean, easy to access and the staff was very nice. The rooms were clean, only thing I didn’t like was the shower. I travel a lot for work and like a nice shower to wash after a long day. The shower head was either like a pressure washer or a slight mist, just out in a decent shower head and would give 5 stars all around.”

“Do not stay here. Needs to be investigated. by TABC for dispensing free beer and wine without checking ID. Rough crowd and not family friendly. Room disgusting, matted dirt everywhere, and deplorable bathroom. Refused to change room or let me speak to manager. Overtly lied we would get refund if we left. We did and outright fraud under Texas law. I am attorney in hospitality industry since 1990 and I know horrible when I see it. Reported this to management company which could care less . Staff rude and snickered when we left. Oh, and nonsense response of “owner” is imbecilic and shows they could care less!! This brand needs to be discontinued!!! “Stayed at this koa a few times (for two months) but just recently bought a house in Lubbock. The staff are really nice and the hot tub was used frequently by my husband. Really pretty sunsets and nice people. The train does get loud on the weekends but nothing can be done about that. My dogs loved the dog park and grassy areas.”

“Staff was very friendly and they gave us a great rate on the room because we had family in the hospital. The hotel was looking a little worn but my main concern was that it just was not clean. There is no effort being made to do any detail cleaning. Heavy dust and dirt on all the pictures and ledges in the room, the carpet not vacuumed in the corners, edges, etc., the room did not look, fell and smell clean. The elevator was very dirty asking work other common areas I was surprised, because the Hotel looks very nice from the outside and it does not seem that old.”
