“Our favorite hotel in Milan so far! Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, they are always trying their best to accommodate us with all our needs and they go above and beyond. The concierge is always trying to give us relevant information and also follows up with our trips which is so thoughtful. Housekeeping are the best!!! They clean our rooms twice and do turndown service without us asking and always making sure we have enough water and amenities in general. Room service options are very limited however they are also trying to accommodate our request and preferences, delivery is also fast. We asked for 2 rooms for 5 people. And both rooms did not disappoint, the 3 people room was very spacious and every bag had a stand of its own. Location is excellent, and very safe area. Totally recommend Grand hotel et de Milan for an exceptional stay in Milan. We would always come back 🫶🏻”

Furthermore, a proprietary and extraordinary perfumery, LabSolue, which can be reached from inside the hotel, makes the experience in this hotel even more unique, organized with olfactory itineraries also in connection with the restaurant. “Hostel is nice, clean, tidy. I was in a 6 person room (ladies only), toilet and shower present int he room. They clean every day (NICE!). I enjoyed literally everything, only the reception could be more friendly and attentive. Some say there are not enough social activities planned, but I liked it.
