“I've now been to this place twice. It's a very beautiful South Indian themed resort that helps you connect with nature. There are domestic animals that kids can feed and pet, there's an olden style swimming pool and a pump set for water games. They arrange early morning short treks across fields and bullock cart rides as well. The beautiful rangolis outside every room adds to the ethnic charm of the place. The food was very good. The first time we went there was lovely music playing at night with live counters along the street serving food items like panniyaram. Overall a beautiful place worth visiting!”

“The lift hasn't been working for atleast 3 days. We had to change the stay of our guest at the last moment. When I went there to book the room before 3 days, the lift was not working so I took the stairs along with the attendant and saw the rooms which were good. When I asked about the lift, they promised me that it will be fixed the same day, but that was not the case. The rooms were good. I saw a single room and a double room. The location is very good due to its accessibility from Siruseri IT park. Only issue was with lift. I hope they fix it soon.”

“Very worse experience. We stayed there with family and it was a very bad experience. The receptionist is too rude and he will not consider the complaints. I first accomdated in 206 room later I complained bed cushion is not proper. Then they moved me to 102 rooms, where their AC is not working(it's just blowing but not cooling). The bathroom exhaust fan is not working and it smells and I see one insects in the room. Late night I raised a complaint for the same . The word manager told me that you came to a budgeted hotel and you should not expect everything like a resort. Complimentary break is very bad. Only the good thing is rooms boys are very polite.”

“Horrible experience, swimming pool is dirty and not maintained. staff don't respond, Reception people are ignorant and they don't do room cleaning and maintenance. Bathrooms smell. Disappointing facts: 1)Ate breakfast here on the first day and decided to never eat anything here, it was terrible. 2) Also, we literally had to open the resort gate by ourselves when we came at 11pm, nobody was there to open. 3) When they cleaned our room, they simply swept the dust right outside our door. 4) When leaving, They were confused and struggling to calculate what the bill was.”

“Very calm location, a beautiful property. Large rooms, comfortable beds and exallent furnitures. I would have given 5 * but .. a/ c in my Room (Villa 2, Room 1- care taker Prakash) was not working, room was not clean ( Found cockroach) and Service is not appreciable. But for this, it was a good experience. I suggest owners should prominently display a number to whom we can lodge a complaint, when staff is not very helpful.. Purpose of my review is that Guests in future get the best service and the Staff should realise that their bread comes by looking after the comfort and needs of the Guests. Not any Cash back.”
