“A nice basic hotel with lovely view and friendly staffing. Very dogfriendly. Behind the hotel starts a nice hike and by car it is only 10 minutes to Mullerthal. After hiking there is a swimming pool and sauna to relax. Luckily we had diner in the hotel as there is not much in the close neighborhood.”

“When we arrived in the room it looked like it was over 30 degrees. Super hot and unbearable during the night. Open windows and shutters and the placed mini fan offered no relief. Only able to sleep for 3 hours and therefore missed breakfast. Host did not find this an excuse to credit the breakfast. Nor did he come up with a customer-oriented proposal to find a solution. Was very arrogant about it. The main course enjoyed was overpriced with 25 euros for a schnitzel. But it tasted good. Agreed price at the telephone booking was, it turned out later, not fulfilled. More than 7 euros more calculated. After our roadtrip with several hotels, nothing to complain about, this final last minute hotel had the worst experience.”

“The hotel/restaurant is situated in a beautiful village surrounded by mountains where the air is pure, clean and away from pollution noises of cities . Very relaxing and the view of the valley is spectacular. The food is just excellent, authentic, prepared carefully with various fresh fruits and vegetables, meat/fish of the season. The owner is very gentle to our small kids and made our stay very comfortable even for a short stay. The room was very clean and spacious. Very relaxing and comfortable stay we enjoyed. We appreciate very much for the owner's attention and would love to come back again.”

“For me a view is worth everything and hence i recommend this places. located on top of a small hill, you can enjoy a nice view of a stream with a nice coffee and appreciate your weekend. that is this hotel about. Room was big and clean. The design was a bit old school. but ample parking so all good. the only downside was the excessive smell of smoke from the corridors. apparently the hotel is a favorite among some hunters. the manager is a nice lady who doubles as a bartender.”
