Breakfast is definitely higher quality than most of the other continental breakfasts I’ve had elsewhere. All the staff has been accommodating and very friendly. “I booked to stay beginning of December. During my stay my daughter had to be admitted into the ER. I asked if I can get a refund on the night I didn’t stay and the hotel refused! I told them I was heading to the ER & everything, they didn’t care. I waited 15 minutes to speak to a manager who was too busy to come out to speak to me, his name is Sunny, He even put that I checked out early for no reason! HORRIBLE management! .Front desk employees were kind. After calling Hilton countless of times AND providing proof I was really in the hospital with my daughter, they finally agreed to a refund. Sad because I am coming back to town in January but refuse to stay in a hotel that doesn’t accommodate, or a manager who doesn’t care!”

“I give three stars because the ladies in the office were so nice and the residents were all friendly. The park itself needs some help. The electric goes off on somebody everytime it rains you could hear people around running their generators at night. Ours went out twice while we were there. Make sure you have a power surge cord before you go here. Half the power boxes don't have covers over them. It raimes a lot ehile we were here. The pool is so over full the skimmers aren't skimming. It looks clear because the chemicals but get in you can see the million little particles. The back laundry is spotless the front one is dusty and dirty. A fourth of the machines don't work. Also worst thing there's a homeless encampment in the woods next door every night if you have your windows open you can smell it. Once during the day it was going really smoky. Not a great area which is not the parks fault either but for about 900 with the electric, this time a yr in florida I guess this is whats to be expected.”

“Great Experience all around. Location is adjacent to the sports complex. We were there for a V-Ball tournament. Breakfast buffet was great. You have your usual breakfast items, nothing special, but the service was great. The attendants were constantly checking, cleaning, and replenishing. With the number of players and their families there, we didn't have to ask for anything. Front desk reps were very friendly, check in was quick. Thank you.”
