“The napkins were smelly. I had to ask them to change those. The exhaust made a ton of noise. I asked them to fix it only for the bell boy to come and tell me something else. I had to re-explain again. They screwed up in the bill and they called me post 10 pm to tell me about it. I was already asleep. I got a reminder call at 11 pm for the same asking me to clear my dues before checkout. I have never had such pathetic service.”

Rooms are good and neat and clean. Staff is very polite. The best part is the food. They have got an excellent cheff from alwar and nepal. They have heir own poly house where they grow veggies. Overall much better than 5 star hotels. I rate this resort much higher than ITC Maratha and The Leela Mumbai where i have stayed many times.”

“This hotel is not worth staying. They refused lunch for our family and friends.They refused to check in and use Toilet for our children. My Grandchildren had suffered a lot. Refused to refund the amount paid for the room saying that Make my Trip was responsible for it. Hospitality Nothing worth the name "Heritage Haveli". The Front Desk staff was incourtious and arrogant. People should think twice before booking this hotel. I personally don't recommend to stay.”
