“This is one of the most affordable and romantic hotels in the Greater Puget Sound area that has in-room jacuzzi tubs. Tubs are quite rare in hotels in this area unless you want to spend close to $1k a night. Even though this Silver Cloud Inn is rated a 3 star hotel, it even has more amenities than many 5 star hotels. The service and cleanliness was top notch. I would definitely go back!”

“All staff are very friendly and very professional. They go out of their way to accommodate your requests. Breakfast is very good; it includes make-your-own waffles, pastries, a protein etc., as well as coffee and juice. A coffee and tea station is always available once the Breakfast Room closes at 10:30 AM. There is a pool on this property, although we didn’t use it. A washer and dryer are available for extended stays. Massages are also available, although these are is not on the hotel property.”

“Located at the end of the world, the place has seen better days. The pool was closed, which was disappointing. When they say gym, they mean some dumbbells and a treadmill, which is not up to standard. The breakfast was very sad, how can your bagels be this dry? They don’t seem fresh at all. The OJ was thin but at least the coffee was strong and there’s free coffee for everyone all morning long. The rooms are old and AC as well as fridge were too loud to sleep without earplugs. All in all, don’t stay here, there surely have to be better options.”

He and his staff are absolutely amazing. Fixed the issue I couldn’t be happier. They treat you like family. And the rooms are comfortable and clean. I will definitely be back. “The older gentleman that checked us in was such a sweetheart. Anytime we saw him at the front counter he would ask us about our day and if we needed anything. Made us feel at home. Some of the other reception area staff were a little more cold but not rude. The rooms were spacious and clean. They even had free breakfast included daily and would bring it in a cute picnic style basket to your room. Absolutely loved it here!”

“I stayed here a few years ago, everything seems to be redone. It was really nice. The rooms are clean. The only complaint I have is I had to check in, in the drive-through line and stand there. There should be a door on the side for people to walk up to to check in, instead of having to be standing in the middle of cars getting coffee to check into your hotel.”

“The rooms are beautiful and very well managed. It was very clean and the shower is wonderful and hot water ran in abundance. They must have had their hot water tanks set right. The whole time I was in the shower I never ran out of hot water and I do in almost every other place I go to. They've got a nice covered smoking area. And they even offer a small nicely made breakfast.”
