“They just updated the rooms and made them feel like you’re staying in a hospital. They used to be so cozy and now they’re plain and just don’t feel cozy at all. Lights are brighter and they have wood floors so it echoes. Wish they would’ve kept the old style rooms because they were much more homey feeling.”

“This hotel reminds me of those girls on Facebook that put all the filters on their photos, and when you see them in person, they look totally different. This hotel is poorly managed and poorly maintained. We checked into a double queen suite with nonworking outlets, burned bulbs, floors that felt like they were creaking. Our toilet ran all night. Our choice was to call maintenance or to deal with it. We just dealt with it. Management is obviously too cheap to be concerned with the updates and maintenance items needed. In the photos it looks really nice, especially the lobby. When you get to your room, you’re vastly disappointed with how Bad everything is maintained. The kid checked in at night was very sweet and helpful, but obviously overworked because management does not properly staff at night. He also told us that management failed to order water so when we checked in from driving across the desert for 12 hours they had not a single bottle of water in the lobby for us. Absolutely ridiculous. This is never a Marriott I would stay again. I am a platinum elite for life in this one should not part of the Marriott brand. I wish people would stop buying hotels and put the Marriott brand on them. We are supposed to be rewarded with a Marriott experience, but this is just a building with a Marriott brand on it.”

“This hotel charge my credit card $300 3 days after I checked out. Saying that I put a little bitty cigarette hole in the mattress. I have two teenage boys and they were the ones that slept on the mattress that they say I burnt. I will never recommend this place. I have worked over 16 years at a hotel and recommend the ones that need to be. And there's a lady that worked the front desk and housekeeping very unprofessional and seen going into several guest rooms.”

“Pretty sure I cuddled bed bugs last night. I'm not great at identifying bugs, but I'll attach photos for y'all just in case. Awesome that they have big dove bottles in the bathroom and grab-bags at the complementary breakfast though. Edit in response to hotel comment: My account is not in the system because my father booked the room. He was taking me back to college and we thought your hotel would be clean enough to stay the night in. Check under the name Frank. We (three people) were in room 215. I didn't report it to the front desk because I saw the bug when I woke up and thought it was a baby roach, but I looked it up after check out and discovered it was identical to a bed bug (try it on google lens I. D.). At that point— we were already an hour away and figured you'd read the review. I took the photos of the bed bug(s), so I wrote the review instead of my father who is in your PMS system. And if you do a "comprehensive review" of the other photos by guest, I think you'll find that your bedding is, in fact, white. My family was not requesting a refund. We thought you should know so that you could hire a bug exterminator before exposing anyone else to bed bugs. Thank you.”

“I used to work in hotels so I am always hyper aware of where I’m staying and I made the mistake of letting my friend choose the place for this trip. The hotel felt very dirty and not well taken care of at all. Every piece of furniture has a dent or dirt on it. I seriously considered cancelling the second night because of how gross it felt to stay here. If you’re able to stay somewhere else, you should. The people were nice but I will never stay here again.”
