“We stayed in Suite 201 this time and loved the way it was decorated for Christmas. The room was spacious enough to have friends staying in another suite come and enjoy our appetizer trays and play games in our room. The attention to detail is, as always, impeccable. Everything you could possibly need/want is already there waiting for you, from bath salts for the giant spa tub to wipes to remove your make-up. The bathroom truly feels like a spa. The appetizer trays are tasty and a perfect start to the evening. Matthew was even able to accommodate those of us who do not really drink. Breakfast is truly an experience. The food is always fresh and seasonal and with 3 courses, always enough that we end up not needing to eat lunch. We have been coming to Jail Hill since 2017 and it looks as pristine as it did then. You can tell Matthew cares about putting money back into the Inn and maintaining its beauty. Things are replaced when needed and nothing ever looks worn or tired. We come to Gelena specifically for the experience of staying at Jail Hill Inn.”

“We've been staying at this Ramada for the past 8ish years and it was nice before and now its BEAUTIFUL! They've done a lot of really great upgrades. The hot tub is always clean and working. They have fresh coffee available for free all day/night. They've added a small bar that serves drinks/food and the bartender, Chet, is fantastic!!!! Super fun to talk to and makes a wicked Wisconsin Old Fashioned. They've added a small room with some slot machines which makes it fun when you really don't feel like leaving the hotel. We will definitely keep staying as long as they don't jack up their prices too high....”

“An excellent place to eat with regards to the food. I happened to eat here on a Sunday evening. Was seated right away, but had to wait for a waiter/waitress. He eventually came and took our took our order. Later, after waiting for some time for our check, found out that the waiter was moonlighting (doing homework/college). I appreciate a business that allows their employees to work on homework, which ultimately betters everyone. Landon (I believe that's the name of my waiter) needs to balance both worlds. Excellent atmosphere and I enjoyed all of the past photos and history in general. Thank you the decent experience.”
