Accommodation, swimming pool and kids play ground are fine but it lacks regular cleanliness and minor accessories (ex: slippers, sufficient drinking water etc). The beautiful design of the resort is fantastic and it looks great at night. We enjoyed the moments there. However there is urgent need to address the attitude and behaviour of the staffs specially those dealing at the counter. They are arrogant and less hospitable and therefore they need professional hospitality trainings.”
