“We had a great time at this hotel which stood true by being pet friendly There were no restrictions on us on account of having our dog. The staff was very courteous and kind. Small suggestions which the hotel could improve on would be to check if all landlines are working, ours wasn't so it was a bit of a hassle dealing with the front desk repeatedly. Also having some glasses and cups in every room would be helpful as they already provided a mini-fridge. Room service was prompt for us and so was billing and check in/out. Thankyou to the hotel for making our first trip with our pet so easy”

“The location of the hotel is superb. Very near to tourist attractions and away from the city chaos. They have limited parking for 4 cars. The rooms and bathrooms are okish for the price. The rooms are too be made more sound proof. You can hear everything from adjacent rooms. Hotel guests shouting in the middle of night created a lot of disturbance. We could not sleep properly for 2 out of 3 nights that we stayed here”

“Rooms are small but clean. There is a Domino's Pizza near the hotel. Additionally, there is a South Indian breakfast restaurant and meals place nearby. However, there are no Hindi channels available on the TV. Although breakfast is complimentary, the taste was not good. Kailashgiri is only 1 km from the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience.”
