“The only bad thing that I can say is the TV in my room kept going off every 2 hours. Every single staff member was extremely friendly from the housekeeping staff to the manager. I didn't get her name, but the young lady that works breakfast with really long hair is a super star, not a single time do you not see her working. Always making sure the guests are taken care of, food is hot, fresh, and stocked up.”

“Got a great nights sleep, friendly staff, room clean, plenty if space. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in two weeks of traveling. Linda and the other breakfast staff made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel. If you are on the road I need a good night sleep.”

“This was the absolute worst hotel experience I’ve had. $200 a night, the room was dirty… The bathroom had hair all over the floor showing they don’t sweep or mop, it was so much dirt in the corners of the bathroom, the toilet was dirty. The worst part was the dishes had food on them!! I took pictures. If that wasn’t enough, when I went to ask for more towels he gave me a stare and didn’t give me the amount I asked for, asked me to set my towels outside so they could pick them up, they never did, never came by my room to clean in the morning. My husband went down there to ask for a extra blanket and the man responded we don’t have any, my husband said y’all must be busy and the employee responded “nah people just keep coming down here with requests”… As if he were annoyed. Horrible service and a dirty room, for $200 a night? I should’ve left and went elsewhere but we didn’t get there until 4am and my children were exhausted. Next time I will just leave though.”

“First off I want to thank Judy for allowing us to have breakfast as we showed up as they closed. She was so kind! She made sure we had something warm and delicious to start our day!! Thank you ma'am for your hospitality, you went above and beyond and it was definitely appreciated! Our room was nice, beds comfortable. When we checked in the young lady at the counter was not very friendly at all. She gave off the impression that we were bothersome. Other than her mood the stay was quite enjoyable. Very nice hotel!”

“I usually won’t leave a review, but I feel like I need to. From the moment I checked in until I left the staff seemed extremely annoyed. Whenever I checked in, I asked what time does breakfast start and he looked at my card pretty much to tell me it says it right there. But the main reason I am writing a review is because me and my son and my daughter are getting breakfast and my daughter is 8. She opened the drawer to get a bagel but accidentally touched the other ones. I was turned around, so I didn’t see it. All I hear is someone yelling. “EH EH EH EH, YOU TOUCH IT YOU TAKE IT YOU TOUCH IT YOU TAKE IT. “ it was the lady working the breakfast area. And I understand, germs are germs and I would have delightfully grabbed everything that she touched. But she’s 8 like cmon. She came and hugged me afterwards because you could see how bad she felt. It was a mistake that could’ve been handled so much better. Safe to say I would never go back.”

“When we checked in we told them we had two dogs, we asked for the total. We were told with dogs total would be 105.5. Checking out husband went to pay and they told him it was 105.5. We stayed 1 night after traveling from seeing my father in hospital. Couch pull out was caved in, recliner was broken. But we said whatever because we just needed sleep. We get back home check bank account and see total is 169. Charged I call to get it fixed and I’m informed that the 105 is before dogs. However we were told twice that we would only be charged 105.00 Please double check and confirm price ask a few times before you check in. Super disappointed.”
