“Everything is good, but the price is too high for what is offered. The breakfast does not correspond to the price you pay for. The bathroom drains and the sink are not cleaned, when you shower, dirt returns from the drain, which is not good, in the drain of the sink shows dirt, this is bacteria and needs serious attention. At such a high price there should be no complaints. The staff is excellent. I would not stay a second time. Although they could have checked me in 1 hour early, no they wished I had to wait until 3:00 p.m. and we were tired. You have to pay extra for everything. They accommodated me in the neighboring hotel as early as 11:30, they must win customers with small things. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't stay again. Only the staff is very kind and attentive .”

“Absolutely not recommended!! I stayed at this hotel last week, and I must say that my experience was really terrible. While I understand that every hotel has its shortcomings, I believe it's important to provide feedback that may help the establishment improve for future guests. Location: The hotel's location is far from historical sites, but it's suitable for those with business interests in the Levent area. If proximity to corporate facilities is your priority, it may be an acceptable choice. Rating vs. Reality: The hotel boasts a 4-star rating, but in my opinion, it falls significantly short of that standard. It seems as if it may have earned its stars a couple of decades ago, but it has since lost its shine. The furniture is old and not maintained, as well as dirty. Cleanliness: Upon entering the hotel, the reception area left much to be desired. Dust accumulation in corners, oily floors, and dirty windows were disappointing first impressions. The elevator was also lacking in cleanliness and had a persistent food odor from the adjacent restaurant, which did not offer fresh or quality ingredients. Room Conditions: The hallways and rooms were a continuation of the cleanliness issue. Dirty and smelly carpets (smell of feet & sweat, everyday) seemed to be a recurring theme. In my room, I encountered an unsettling surprise: cockroaches (!!) in the bathroom. Aging Decor: The hotel's furnishings appeared outdated and worn, giving it a dated and uninviting feel. It's clear that investments in refurbishment are overdue. Spa Experience: The spa, a place that should be synonymous with hygiene and relaxation, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. The use of outdoor shoes by the staff and the excessive nightclub-style lighting, complete with plastic plants, created an ambiance that felt more like a low-budget establishment. Other Guests: I also observed a lack of decorum among some of the other guests, which contributed to an overall sense of discomfort. Breakfast: The breakfast offered was disappointing, with a limited selection that included hard-boiled eggs, questionable cheese, spring rolls (an unusual choice for breakfast), and fries. Additionally, guests had to walk to another building to access the breakfast area, which was an inconvenience. Nighttime Disturbances: One unfortunate aspect of my stay was the disruptive behavior of some guests during the night, which included loud and inappropriate activities in the neighbouring rooms that woke me up several times in the night. This issue significantly impacted the overall quality of my stay. I will not be staying again and I would definitely not recommend!”

“I’ve been a gym member in CRATON hotel for almost 2 years, just to get scammed this week by the very unprofessional staff members in the SPA lobby ,and the manager of the Gym who’s not even a fluent English speaker which I find very strange for a 5 star hotel. Last month I discussed a certain price with her with the presence of several witnesses but when I came this week to pay they said that our agreement didn’t happen ( even tho I made sure she understood what price we agreed on by saying it in turkish ). I don’t know if it’s just a lack of understanding and level in English but I find that behaviour unacceptable, that’s why I cancelled 4 yearly memberships there and I advise the hotel manager bringing at least 1 person who can speak fluent English in the gym managing, and work more in the relation with loyal customers to get the level of service they’re paying for. And last but not least I ask the managers to put a price for every available membership, wrote on a small poster putted in the spa lobby to avoid the staff members giving you random price every new month . I honestly don’t recommend this place although the gym equipments are great I don’t think it’s enough due to the lack of professionalism of the team .”
