“After travelling the whole day from Kevadia , we reached Mandu at about 4 pm. This was the first hotel I saw and decided to go there. They had only one room. They cleaned it. Meanwhile, we asked for some tea. It was served in chipped and broken cups. There are no tables to keep the cups after finishing the tea. After we kept our cups, stray dogs came and licked them clean. I'm a pet lover. But this was too much. We got to the room. The tap in the bathroom was dripping. The dustbins were not clean. Their complimentary breakfast was below average. No WiFi in the hotel except the main lobby. The only thing they helped us with was speaking to the MP Tourism guy for the tickets for the sound and light show . I think it's a pathetic hotel. 500 for a night is not commensurate to the service and standard offered. *PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE* .”

“We went to restaurant. Starters and soup were great. Main course was okayish. Quantity of food provided was quite less as compared to other restaurants. Food wise they were 4/5. Reason for giving less rating is they charging Rs.45 + GST for a Rs.20 MRP water bottle (Aquafina) and then manager justifying that every restaurant in Indore does this else how will they earn etc etc. PS. They accept swiggy dineout!”

“Good things first 1. The rooms and the hotel on the whole is very clean. 2. The location is very good. 3. They allowed an early check in by about 3 hours Now what was not good 1. The bathroom was smelling awful. That made our stay miserable. 2. The TV was not working. 3. The breakfast served was minimal - 3 puries with vegitable, a chutney sandwich with a small cup of tea. It was not a buffet. 4. The room size is 10 ft x 11 ft. and not as stated in their description. 5. The reception staff is courteous but not effective in solving the issues.”
