“Had a horrible experience at the hotel - their lift will not work and to cite my personal instance, one of my family member got stuck in the lift after entering it to reach the hotel in 7th floor as someone switched it off. The lift was stuck between ground and first floor. Luckily since I was outside the lift, my family member called/ informed me through phone (luckily the network was strong), I had to run and locate the lift maintenance room and was able to get the lift manually opened up to get my family member come out of it. The whole ordeal took 20 minutes and the security at the venue was pathetic. They will not bother to help, will not even speak to us. The hotel’s reception/ control over the facility was again pathetic. They were unable to help us immediately and couldn’t get anyone to attend to the situation immediately. On a wholesome, it was a scary and horrible, nightmare experience. Besides all of this, the security and lift maintenance team started blaming the hotel authorities and vice versa. This hotel is definitely not worth it for a family to stay and relish!”

“Poor management. Waited for a long time for check-in. The room price is very costly I paid nearly 5k for 1 room but the room was not up to the mark. Very small toilet but it was clean. They charging extra price for all the eatables which are kept in the room. If we eat those we have pay nearly 500 .They are not able to cover even 500 /- from our initial payment. The hotel corridor was like a mansion the ambience was not good.”

On top of which poor maintenance and services. The Manager was not willing to give sample foods rather quoted "to cook and bring if something extra" if it was out of the menu. The service of the staff really standed out from h This expression. Don't really know if this was sarcasm. Very average rooms for the pricing.”

“Wonderful! I didn't find this Guesthouse. This Guesthouse found me. Stopped in popular Joe's Cafe for breakfast while searching for a room. Asked Joe if he knew of any good rooms around, and he said, "Actually, we have rooms here." This place has such a warm feeling about it, and Joe is such a fantastic guy. Anything you would like, he is more than capable and willing to help. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is close to all the attractions and a two minute walk to the beach to catch the sunrise. If I am back this way again, I will definitely be heading straight here. Thank you Silver Moon and thank you Joe. 😊 🙏”
