“Best hotel in kanyakumari. The staff was very very polite, friendly and respectful. The rooms were so luxurious and the bathrooms too with all reasonable rates. You can see the sunrise from the hotel roof and that was a good experience since in my case only my family was there during that time. Room service was also good. You can say them and they will make you wake up early in the morning at sunrise. Overall the hotel was so good near the beach. The rest of the hotels we searched were expensive but not this one. I would suggest this hotel if you make a trip to kanyakumari-”

“One of the great family resort in Tamil Nadu. Rooms are spacious with all necessary amenities. Foods are authentic. Spices and masala flavors suits the weather and our tummies felt great. Friendly room services! They have smiley faces over there. Pool, Trekking, View point, Kids games are worthy experiences. If they have firecamp facility by default for everyone, this would be best trip we ever had so far.”

“Lance Hall is a nice air-conditioned hall to cater to mid-size to large functions; and this is within the Lance Hotel campus. They have a separate dining hall apart from the wedding venue. The facility is well-maintained and is clean. Possibly the best within Nagercoil city on party-halls in hotels. The hotel has limited parking within its premises, but also has a free parking at a walking distance which can be leverage. The facility is multi-storeyed, and I'm assuming they have lifts. I didn't use lifts for entering and exiting so not sure. You can rely on this place for planning a clean and pleasant event. The function I attended had food served by a 3rd party vendor (not sure if that was done by the hotel or organised by the organisers); and it was good too.”

“Here online the rooms are showing available, when we called the hotel several times first they didn't answer then they answered once and said no rooms available and disconnected the call without asking any further questions.They didn't even ask which day we need the booking for or for how many people or how many rooms. Very disappointing behaviour.”

“We arrived from out of town and had previously called earlier in the day to confirm a room for the night, stating that we would reach the hotel by 11:00 PM. Despite confirming the room via phone registration, when we arrived for check-in, the manager casually and rudely informed us that all rooms were occupied. While we understand if there were no available rooms, the manager's discourteous behavior was unwarranted. We kindly request improved service and a more respectful attitude. We are urging the management to address this issue and ensure proper behavior. Thank you.”
