“The hotel is immaculately clean , fresh smelling, pristine and I didn’t expect it because I find room rate inexpensive . I believe the hotel was recently renovated.. Decor was modern and I really like it. Service was excellent. We called front desk for more towels and were delivered to our room within ten minutes. Registration staff was courteous. The video I attached speaks for itself. So highly recommended.”

“We booked a double queen bed room. We were checked in and given key cards that didn’t work. When we informed the front desk, she tried to open the room herself, however even the master key would not open the lock. So she told us our only other option is the have a king with pull out couch. When we got to our room, they told us we would have to make the bed ourselves because housekeeping had already left for the day. We left to get dinner and by the time we returned we still did not have any sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. When they finally brought some, they only brought us a fitted sheet and 4 pillow cases. It being 9:30 pm at this point, we called the front desk again hoping just to receive a blanket for covers. We never got extra towels or pillows. When taking a shower, the water pressure was that of a light mist. Absolutely impossible to wash my hair. The service could have been slightly more accommodating after the room switch, knowing there would be 4 guests in 1 room. But there was not. Pretty disappointed in the Aloft Raleigh.”

“Got a wheelchair accessible room. It was very large both the room and the bathroom. Wheelchair accessible shower with a seat that folded out from the wall. Good pillows. Not flat as a piece of paper. Had some substance to them. Great service at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good.”

“Anthony was very welcoming, definitely the person you want at the front desk (hard to not see his name in almost every review here). The room was great - layout wise. Similar to other reviews, the room wasn't 'dirty' persay, but just needed some extra attention to detail (there were still streamers and decorations from the previous party hanging from the walls - hard to miss that; but again, not dirty). The shower was amazing, highly needed after some travel. Black out curtains worked great, although leaf removal started at 7am (blah).”

“Staff was unfriendly, irritable, and non-responsive to communication through the World of Hyatt chat feature indicating our arrival time. We were flagged as a no-show, losing our upgraded room in the process and having to re-process our stay at the front desk. Room service was not conducted at all during our stay. We asked for staff to at least bring some fresh towels up and we were instructed come down and get them ourselves. Expected low-service; received no-service.”

“This hotel is in a lovely, quiet area. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff is welcoming and vey helpful. Breakfast every morning was always very good, and each evening there were fresh baked cookies. I will definitely stay there again in the future.”

“For a quick relaxation trip, the room was great. Clean relaxing room, breakfast area was clean and food was decent. But...jets in the hot tub were barely working, however the pool area was clean and Michelle brought towels when we let her know they were out. What we did notice was the back patio are could be used a little better like the hotel next door, fire pit, possibly corn hole.There is a decent amount of room and I think this hotel could use that slight upgrade out there...the inside has it with the fireplace, would love to see the outside have it. Thanks for having us♥️”

Fun history and good renovation of a old school style motel, hate when place’s renovate and lose all sense of the original vibe. No basic grey paint here, place has some life.”
