“From the moment we arrived at our cabin, the weekend stay was wonderful!! We were greeted by the owner, letting us know to contact him if we needed anything, and that he lived there on site, along with the maintenance crew! When we picked up our key, we were also greeted by the most welcoming young man, also stating to let us know if we needed anything to be sure and let them know! The uniqueness of our cabin made our stay so enjoyable; so many one of a kind, special touches throughout our cabin made things so fun! There is so much history at this place!! It is literally just a couple of minutes from downtown, but the country feel on the private 26 acres just made it!!❤️ We had chairs right by the river, it was so peaceful and just beautiful scenery! The Club restaurant was on site, which made it so convenient! The food was outstanding and the live music was great! Such fabulous ambiance! Again, the owner was there at the restaurant, making things so personable and making everyone feel so welcome!! We have definitely found our new place to stay when we go back!!🥰”

“No complaints here. The staff was really friendly. The room was nice and clean. Had access to the fireplace near the pool. It's near Main St so we were able to walk right over and site see. We were on the inside facing the pool which for me was nicer than facing the parking lot. Breakfast was hot and ready both mornings I was there. Would definitely stay again.”

“Having traveled all over the world and stayed at many Hilton owned hotels, I must say that this one would be one of our favorite ones. Front staff was excellent, the room was great (especially with the balcony), and the location is also great. The best thing we're liking so far is that it perfectly fits into the Fredericksburg environment. Only sticking points are the balcony and bathroom doors. They really stick...lol Highly recommend this place, and that is after traveling six Continents, 100 countries, and all 50 states.”

“For those who have visited a Jellystone location before, this location misses the mark when compared to other destinations. However, you can tell that this park is doing their best to cater to a younger audience, when very little options for children exist in Fredericksburg. We arrived late and found our paperwork was left out for us, easily located with instructions on the best way to reach our pull through site. Other than one maintenance worker clearing brush, staff members did not seem overly present, but this was an off period in December when very few other guests were here. We were surprised by the large number of full time RVs present, seemingly without children, though adults were not often found either. While we will likely return based on the kids activities, the costs compared to other resorts does leave one to question if better opportunities exist.”

“Although hotel was not fully booked the stay was not up to Marriott (or Fairfield) standards. Requested/was approved for late check out - locked out of room after 12:00 noon had go back down to the front desk to have key reset. This should have been automatic. Hotel was out of bars of soap for the bathroom sink, had to use shower gel/body wash to wash hands. Only 3 pumps of body wash in the bottle in the shower, has to use shampoo thereafter. Tissue box in the bathroom was showing tan tissues indicating the box was low upon arrival. No refill box left by housekeeping. No wash cloths in the room, had to go to front desk and request them. No coffee available in the lobby at check in or after breakfast. Overall, the room was clean but it was the little things that added up to a less than desirable stay. We are Bonvoy Platinum members, expected better.”

“The location is great. You can walk from there anywhere. The rest is just fine. Rooms are bit run down, but if you are there just to sleep it’s good. The breakfast is not that great. Week days is basically nothing but cereal, weekend was little bit more, but keep your expectations on the lower end. The place definitely needs updating. Staff is great though.”
