“Room had stains all over the bed sheets pics are attached for your review. Pillows had old blood stains in the pillow cases. Roaches in the bathroom, lights don’t work in the bathroom. We had to leave the lights on all night to prevent roaches moving about and crawling into our baggage to take back to the states. Walls were dirty, as well the mirrors. The mirror finger check failed as well. If you don’t know YouTube it. They we’re quick to change sheets and pillows cases which this time were clean. There are plenty of reviews below that have the same concerns, obviously they don’t care because the same issues are still apparent from reviews that are 6 months old. Everyone in that hotel buisness needs to be retrained on customer service, and cleanliness. Hotel Manager should sleep in this filth, so she can experience what her customers are experiencing.”

“This is my first Sogo experience, ever. And it was so good. I was so curious about this place for years and now have the courage to try it even just for 6 hours' stay. The check-in was seamless, and the reception staff were good. The room I got was executive, and the space is good. The bed is acceptable, and the pillows are soft yet firm. The controls are also within reach on the headboard of the bed. Slippers, soap, and towels were provided. Adjustable light settings, there's a TV and menu if you're hungry. You can hear the other room but only a little. Not bad actually for my first time. The checkout was also okay. Never tried their theme room or the garage rooms, so I can't say something on that. Didn't also get the chance to order food, so I can't say something on that, too. I think I will be back to explore other room types they offer.”
