“As soon as I arrived, I had excellent service and was greeted with smiles. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was really quiet. A paradise unto itself, the resort. The rich flora, well-kept gardens, and peaceful atmosphere provided the ideal escape from the city's bustle. Large and equipped with everything I could want, the rooms were great. The staff was courteous, accommodating, and helpful at all times. Three time meals were included - food was great(only veg), Best spa services, it was really relaxing. Swimming is available all the time. Evening views are excellent. Indoor games, pets, lush greenery, fruits, yoga medication, etc. Everything was really wonderful. Highly recommended if you're seeking for a luxurious and peaceful place to visit.”

“I recently stayed at The Continentti Whitefield for the second time and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a good ambiance and amenities. However, I encountered a disappointing situation with Mr. Aftab, the reception manager. His treatment was less than satisfactory, and I found it to be quite unpleasant. Despite the positive aspects of my stay, this encounter has led me to give the hotel a one-star rating. I hope for an apology from Mr. Aftab to address the miscommunication and mistreatment during my visit Additionally, I would like to suggest implementing an escalation point of contact for guests to provide feedback directly. Having a dedicated channel for constructive criticism could help enhance communication and allow guests to share their experiences more openly. “Awful. I never leave reviews but this really was so bad!! It's really grubby and disgusting. I was given a room with filthy sheets,filthy walls. They showed me another room - there were insects all over the bathroom floor and still filthy sheets and walls, it also smelt terribly. Cleanliness and maintenance is REALLY BAD. My window was broken. Everything, even the bins are full of rust,limescale and just rank. Do NOT stay here. Even for the price it is way below standard - I have stayed in many places at this price in India and none as bad as this. I changed hotels after 1 awful,grubby night. You can find much better. I was tricked because I thought the location was great being next to the metro but rickshaws are so cheap that you can easily jump to the metro for 50 rupees. Also the service was terrible, staff were really unfriendly, didn't even offer to carry a bag as I went up and down the stairs to see these rooms (I had three bags). They knocked the door at 10:30am to ensure I met the checkout time of this grubby awful place....like I wanted to stay any longer??!! Shower was terrible. It just all felt gross”

“A good getaway for a day or two with your pets. Swimming pool of human and pets are very well maintained. Food is good but quite expensive. The rooms are not maintained well, cleanliness is not up to the mark, sofas need cleaning, there are no fans in the rooms, you'll need to use AC even to circulate air and there are no mosquito nets in the windows, so you'll not be able to keep the windows open without having the trouble of mosquitoes. The staff is courteous and respond nicely and you have room service if you don't want to go to the restaurant.”
