Restaurant not properly maintained . Food ordered at room service had too much salt in the dishes . Morning buffet : Had to ask and wait for plates. What is needed : simple standard operating procedures and instructions to the staff.. A Budget Boutique hotel does not mean that quality should be compromised. Offer whatever service you are giving now with a touch of commitment and quality . You are already giving the service so why not with more quality of service ? This can help in improving a customers stay and prompt for a continued patronage”

“We have been there 4 times till now, first in August 2018, then in September 2019, then in June 2022 and last time in December 2022. My dad intended to visit LVPEI for eye check up as he was suffering from optical atrophy. I was looking for a place nearest to L. V. Prasad Banjara Hills Hyderabad and this place shares the same boundary wall with the eye hospital. First 2 times we walked all the way to LVPEI, took 10 minutes as the way is a trifle uphill, dad too was in his mid eighties. Third time took an auto to reach the hospital, dad became quite old by that time. However, every time we walked back as the road was downhill. Last time took mom for macular degeneration. Anyway, regarding Our Nest, rooms are clean, more so because they have stopped serving complimentary breakfast after covid pandemic. However, one can order food from outside and take it in their room or at the dining hall. Mr Raju, Mr Akil are by your side all the time, right from calling a cab to taking print-outs of tickets. The WiFi network of the place is good.”

“The room service was not provided and also the room was not clean. There was so much cockroaches and also the tiles of room and bathroom was very slippery. We gave keys to reception for cleaning and we gone out for exploring Hyderabad and we came at night and we saw that the room was not at all cleaned. And it was not worth. I think they should work on it. The rooms were not like shown in pictures which we can see on Google. Tv,AC and geyser are also not working neatly.”
