“A gem of a hotel! The two bed apartment was perfect for us and our boys they loved the games room too! The pools were clean and in lovely surroundings. Perfect location for the lake. The restaurants were all amazing as was the wine. Staff were all great too. We will definitely come back.”

“We came here for lunch and the views of the lake were stunning on the terrace. If you want to sit outside you should probably book as it was fully booked when we arrived but a booking didn't arrive so we were able to sit outside. I had the lavaret tortellini which was delicious and a perfect lunch.”

“Food is delicious, tremendous 4-courses menu! Staff at restaurant good (although it's more gesticulare instead of proper English/French). Room is nice and spacious. Very clean, very beautiful spa and pool. But kids are not allowed in the swimming area from 5pm!!!. So disappointing if you go skiing all day long. We booked holiday via travel agency. They didn't mention the restrictions...so keep that in mind. Staff at reception was not very helpful... Dinner starts late (7.30pm).”

“Charming hotel on top of a hill with an incredible view on the Lake Garda and the mountains. Excellent service, kind and helpful staff, comfortable rooms towards the lake and a great pool area. The breakfast is fabulous, and the tea time snacks are free. Highly recommended, very good place to stay.”

“Wonderful very attentive and friendly staff regarding cleaning services and restaurant areas. Kitchen was very good, I really recommend a half board as the dinner consist not only of an excellent 4 course menu but also a salad and fruit bar. I also welcomed that diet and allergy options could be taken into account.”

“Very friendly staff get to know you. Food half board was really high quality. Room nice but we didn't have a fridge when others did, but no big deal. Bed comfortable with opening windows (rare these days) but heating thermostat unresponsive. Set to 20 so we had to have window open constantly. Nice hotel overall up a slight hill from the lake.”

“Prós - great location between 2 ski lifts. Warm. Food is not bad. Evening entertainment for kids. Play room for kids. Cons- the breakfast is mostly cake. No toaster - oddly use George foreman grill instead. Don't exit garage via squash court. I ended up in corridor I could not exit due to doors locking behind me. Hotel staff seems uninterested in helping rescue me.”
