Location is away from city center so it's decently quiet, with at least 2 nights stay you are given a bus pass which makes getting around the city very easy and convenient. Gorgeous views and hiking trail and castle nearby. Would stay again.”

“Have stayed here a few times. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and very clean. The entire staff just makes you feel at home. There is a breakfast that is included, which is rare in Europe and the breakfast is very delicious with a variety of different breakfast items. “That's a very nice place where you can eat traditional Austrian food like Schnitzel or Knödel. The white wine I drank (unfortunately I don't remember the brand) was also really good. And, I gotta say I'm very impressed by how the toilet looks. A woman can find pretty much she wants there inside the toilet like tampons, pads, deodorant, mouthwash, wet towels or real cotton towels. That's one of the top ten places to get the best service here in Innsbruck for sure! Strongly recommended! 💯”

“Fabulous hotel! Great location, friendly service and tons of historic charm, while still feeling renovated and luxurious. We didn't even know about the spa when we booked, but were delighted to find three (!!) saunas in the -1 level, open till 9pm. There's also a cozy bar in the lobby where you can grab a cocktail or a tea in the evening. Overall, an excellent value - felt like a luxury experience at the cost of an average hotel.”

“Near to the train station. It has great views of the surrounding mountains in Innsbruck. Even a normal room like ours had magnificent scenery from the windows. Rooms are small and relatively expensive. However, Motel One is a huge boutique hotel chain in Europe featuring quirky modern interior design that varies from city to city. So there is a ton of character to the place. Breakfast spread is limited, rather basic.”

“The hotel and service was otherwise lovely, however I left some products in the hotel room accidentally. I called shortly after check-out and they replied that they have thrown them in the trash and did not apologize for the incident. Especially for a smaller independent hotel, I believe it would have been worth it going the extra mile, of at the very least keeping the products for a few days, or notifying the customer. I see this is bad customer service, which is unfortunate that this left a bad taste in my mouth after we had a pleasant stay.”

“We spent several nights at this hotel and highly recommend it. The price was very good verse other hotels and expected it not to be as good as it was. The hotel was renovated 2 years ago and it really shows great mix of contemporary and bright colours everything was clean and good branded items used. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a triple room which had ample space. The bathroom was great too with high end faucets. The location is very close to the centre 10 mins walk to congress. Spar just next door for any shopping requirements.”
