Accommodation and Aesthetics: During my recent visit to Mathura, I chose Hotel Spiti for an 11-hour stay. Despite the rental policy of charging for a full day, the hotel's beauty and aesthetic appeal made up for it. Polite Staff and Assistance: The majority of the staff members were polite and offered helpful assistance throughout my stay, enhancing the overall experience. Comfortable Stay: While the rooms may not have been large, they provided a super comfortable environment. The AC, TV, and water heater all functioned perfectly, contributing to a hassle-free stay. Peaceful Environment: I experienced no disturbances from the staff or otherwise, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time. Pricing Consideration: Although I found the hotel slightly overpriced, it didn't detract significantly from the overall pleasing experience.”

“Location is good. Rooms require maintenance as my room the paint was coming out and the bed corners were dusty. I had to change my room since earlier I got the room near septic tank of the hotel. Service is slow. Being a 3 star category hotel they will not provide iron instead charge you for it with gst applicable. You will not be provided upgrades even if the hotel is at fault since they are one of the few good hotels so they are sold out. Staff is good and polite. Even you want to stay here select only premium category rooms.”

“It is situated a km away from the iconic Prem Temple in Vrindavan . It is high rise with modern amenities with a hotel next to it . Swimming pool and gym available. The outer paint is fading and chipping giving a bit of bad look . The hotel rates are also decent and since it is near the temples so quite convenient too .”

“The hotel service was not good. The bathroom was not maintained. They don't provide breakfast previously they said breakfast is there. Also they don't serve tea or coffee. We asked many times for cutlery they didn't give. I have to be reminded many times for hot water in the bathroom. Overall a pathetic experience.”
