“I love the hospitality in this hotel I was treated like a queen. Claudia warm my food up gave me water and help me fine a grocery store. I just want to say that all workers here in this hotel Alessio, Antonio, Gilbert, Claudia, and Ana gave me the best quality service. Domenico’s coffee was delicious. I’m so pleased with the hospitality that I’m planning to come back. The rooms were nice and clean and everything in order. Also, all of my questions were answered and they even made a tour reservation for me. All of my needs were met. I felt safe and happy here. I have it a 5 star.”

“I only ate at this restaurant and all I can say is WOW. The food was amazing! I had the pasta which is native to Matera (ask the waiter for this) and it was outstanding. My partner who is vegetarian had limited options but they went out of their way to ensure they could make something bespoke for her. Food was amazing and so was the view. I’d recommend booking before if you’d want a seat with a view. Prices were slightly higher than expected but it was definitely a premium restaurant which came with a premium price.”

“Could be better, but its good enough. It was cold in February, but There is AC that warms the room. There were only bed linen and blankets, but a lot of them. The towels were not real towels. It was like a sheet of cloth. Definitely not towel. There was hairdryer, soap. We also had breakfast - you get a coupon for a coffee and a croissant with sweet creme or nutella. Its served in a cafe nearby. They speak English.”
