“Be aware that if you book a room in the annex, it is not 4 star as advertised. It is a telling sign there are no photos of the bathroom on the website as it’s completed dated and run down. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Sonia. It’s a shame the Manager couldn’t address the problem but delegated all this to Sonia. Breakfast, well below average for a 4 star hotel.”

“Very friendly and welcoming hotel owners! We felt as home! We stayed at the hotel on the way to Napoli. The Hotel is located near Mount Vesuvius which we naturally visited. For a 2-star hotel in the province, it's a very nice place! The only inconvenience is getting to the hotel without a car because the buses run infrentquently. It's a great place to relax away from civilization and the hustle and busle of the cities. I hope to be in your area again and definitely stop in Souvenir again! Ciao, Pasquale!
