“The food is ok, I ate the same, much better. The prices are extremely high. Example: plate for 1, costs 19.50. The food is in small portions. For this money, I expect a lot of Moorish food. The rice was well cooked but the sauces were very thin. The location is ok, outside can be better for this type of restaurant. Mid-range restaurant with poor furniture, metal tables and chairs outside, the cheapest you can get. The atmosphere was ok, I really liked the idea of smoking...something, it was interesting and it smelled of barbecue fire.,Hasan Pasa" the main dish was ok, not great, as i said before, I had much better, but still ok but also.. just as expensive. A plus is that they cook the food at the time so ... no leftovers. I paid 55 euros for: 1 Hasan Pasa, 1 portion of growth, 1 portion of fries, 1 kids donner, 1 salad, 1 soup, 1 beer 400ml, 1 glass of cola 250ml and 1 tonic water + 20ml Averna. Way too much for the quality of this food. personal was ok but...i will not return here.”

“This is the second time we've been to this beautiful place this year, this time spontaneously and we still got a great place for our caravan. The location on Lake Kransburg is wonderful and the offering is extensive. The sanitary facilities are very well maintained and always clean and fulfill all wishes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back because the location is great for exploring Bremerhaven, the Wurster North Sea islands or Cuxland. The prices are absolutely right and the comfort is worth it. We are thinking about whether we should spend the New Year here too.”

The beef was ordered as medium to well done, but received half warm and completely overcooked. Moreover the waiting time before and between the dishes was over an hour and then not even served to all people at the same time. In addition the staff was severly slow, rude and making unwanted jokes. After having ordered a sprite and not receiving it after 20, I asked a waiter why it takes so long; after which I received it from the waiter. Yet another waitress tried to bring the same drink 25 minutes later. To me this means that it would have been served after 45 minutes... All in all I would not recommend this restaurant. A complete waste of money.”

“We always book our vacation in USA, Canada and Hawaii with Canusas - this year also our wedding on a Maui beach :) Service is very good and you can always rely that the service you get for the prce (hotel and rental car) is excellent. We never had problems with our trips - flights we book often by our own , because you can find cheaper ones if you book directly - if you dont like to do this - i am sure service at Canusa is good as for the other items . “22/11 was the day when the zuprite train is during maintenance. Because I don't aware it (mostly because the website is a bit misleading and language barrier as I don't know German) So I went to the info center and ask for help. The worker suggested a route around the town, but I asked one more plan just to let ourselves have more plan. Later, I realised the route to lake Eibsee haven't close, and I doubt why I told them I want to go Zuprite (whcih usually accompanied with the visit to lake Eibsee) do not told me plan to lake Eibsee. The worse is when I walked back and ask for more info to lake Eibsee, one lady told me to go to a bus stop that is not using (just for 22 and 23/11) and not only me but also some other visitors missed the bus to lake Eibsee. The next bus will be two hours later. I understand the maintenance work is kind of short and not every one knows it. But a tourist info center should work close with local transport and ensure providing useful guidance to all visitors, isn't it? especially all the notice in bus stop is just in German (after passing the time that the bus should come, we found there is a notice sticks on the wall of the bus stop in German, we eventually use google translate to learn about we miss the two-hour-frequency bus) One good thing I can say is the workers here are quite polite.”
