“Had a great few days in the lake district with travel solutions, felt very safe with our driver Jimmy. Sam also accompanied us and was very friendly and accommodating, the only down side was the Hotel very dated and freezing, heat never on in the bathroom so having a shower was out of the question !!!! several requests were made to put heat on, We were allocated a table on the first night which we had for the 4 days so it did not give us a chance to get to know the others on our tour, Food was luke warm except for breakfast which was great and thoroughly enjoyed, Overall we enjoyed the break the hotel was in a lovely setting with the wildlife in abundance, but please have heat on in mid november, we were chilled to the bone at night in the bedroom,”
