“Moved in a few months ago. Aside from being in a great location and being just feet from the large pool and jacuzzi, the environment is clean quiet and calm. We have had a few issues with tings as we were getting settled in and our service requests have been taken care of within 24 hours every time. Enrique in particular has been extremely helpful and friendly. Never fails with a quick solution to the problem. Seriously, the AC was down and within 12 hours he was here and got it running cold again. Can't beat that kind of service.”

“Good point -close to sdsu, the apartment is quite spacious, they react really quickly to the repair request. The repairman visits my unit next day. The sushi place on the first floor of paseo place is really delicious with good price. The street is quiet. Bad point -What a party apartment. There isn’t any 24/7 manager so many units throw parties a lot. So noisy and they make common place dirty. But nobody gives warning to the party people. -They don’t reply to the email well. To international students, after they go back to their country, the easiest way to communicate is through email but they don’t reply to the email. -The people in subleasing office change their words really frequently. Also they don’t have any responsibility about their words. I wanted to end the contract between the period so I visited Paseo place on September but they said I don’t need to do it rn and come back at the end of October or November. But when I visited again on November, I was 8th place of waiting list and only 2 people got people who take over their contract. I’m still struggling with looking for person who wants to take over even though I came back to my country. (I don’t know how much they get paid but they should be more professional and work harder.) -The fee to end the contract is too expensive. It’s 950$. I’ve heard that other housing is much cheaper.”

“I had the pleasure of living at this apartment community for two years, and I can confidently say that it was a wonderful experience. The community has so much to offer, from the spa and swimming pool that stays open until 10 pm to the gym, barbecue, and yoga room that we used quite often. One of the most significant advantages of living in this community is the tennis court that is right behind it, making it convenient for sports enthusiasts. Additionally, there is plenty of street parking available, which was a big plus for me. I cannot forget to mention the park adjacent to the community, where people and their dogs would play every evening, creating a warm and friendly environment. Moreover, the restaurants and coffee shop, which are only a three-minute walk away, offer a convenient dining experience. During the winter months, the view outside the community is breathtaking, with yellow flowers in bloom, adding to the beauty of the community. The management team, led by Em, was incredible. Em is an excellent manager, always kind and willing to assist. Yesenia and Marta, whom I had the pleasure of dealing with, were also amazing individuals. The leasing office personnel played a significant role in making my stay pleasant. Lovely ladies! I’ll miss them for sure.. The maintenance team was equally efficient and quick to respond to any issues I encountered. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and safe living experience. The community has everything you need, from great amenities to a fantastic management team.”

“I never reviewed an apartment with this poor review because this is my first time having terrible experiences with the leasing office (Consider this as zero). Don't fall for the reviews which are all about maintenance. It looks high because the office sends you a link after every maintenance to review the maintenance and links to Google reviews. So you will notice that all good reviews are about the maintenance but NOT the leasing office. You will deal with their negligence and unprofessionalism. You have to contact them multiple times to get something fixed or resolved yet they are still ignoring you. Soon after I moved in, I had an issue with dirty water and had to report it multiple times to fix it because the maintenance team could not find the source. I called the office and they told me to report to the city of Santa Clara because it was not their fault. hahaha, And they kept saying hot water worked fine so they didn't see a problem. Wait..what? I suggested checking the pipes, and they finally fixed it from the boiler. It took 10 days to get clean water. Second, it was not a smoke-free apartment although they say so. I reported multiple times about the smoking smell but again they ignored me and didn’t do anything. I smelled disgusting cigarettes and pot smells whether it was morning or night and this continued for two years. Third, they made a lot of mistakes. One time they sent me wrong letters, put a notification in my mailbox instead of putting it on the door, and gave me a late renewal notice about 2 weeks before my lease ends after my first year. I tried to understand one or two times because we are all human beings but too many. Also, they miscalculated the prorated amount for the last month. I checked multiple times with them to confirm and the office confirmed this was it. Even if it was miscalculated, they should have notified me about the outstanding balance earlier but they didn’t. Now they are changing their words saying they didn’t know that before and the current team is new here. Well, you had multiple chances to fix your mistakes but you didn’t do anything. And several packages went missing although they were delivered to the package room. They never fixed the security camera so you have to deal with package thieves. Lastly, they don't care about your move-out. They didn't send me the move-out process and didn't do any inspection before I moved out. so I had to figure it out on my own based on my previous experience. And I cleaned the unit but they still charged $400 for the 1x1 unit and carpet cleaning which I never got before. I always cleaned every time I moved out and never charged with cleaning fees so it was another extra. It looks like you can save some money, but you cannot save your quality of life if you choose to live in Nantucket. And there is always a reason for that. Never recommend Nantucket Apartments.”

“We spent some time to make this review once was too early to have any conclusions, and now I am ready to say that Palm Lake is an amazing place, since the first day when we visited we had a really good feeling. The staff are very friendly and the maintenance team make a rude difference! They work so hard every single day to keep this place as this review (5 stars) Cruz, Zimri, DARIO and all the team. Last week they was washing all the external stairs to keep the place clean and pleasant, and this is AMAZING! Our neighbors RIGHT NOW is very respectful and follow the RULES! We barely listen any noise that is really IMPORTANT to us, also NOBODY is SMOKING in the units or near to us. The amenities are very well maintained and clean! The price is fair! All units have air conditioner that is awesome! They have laundry room, at this building where we live, is working very good and always clean! Some units have laundry inside, I think those that have 2 bedrooms, would be 100% good if all units have their own laundry machines. But I guess they are working on that The location is a PLUS in my opinion, once you have everything basically in front of the complex! 5 min away you have TRAILS and beautiful MOUNTAINS to enjoy the end of the day with a beautiful sunset! If you have lucky to take the View of Mount Diablo you will love. This year we got snow on the Mount Diablo so was awesome (see pictures). For those who come from San Francisco or around, will feel that here is definitely warmer, is very good that Karl the Fog is not around, at the same time you will miss it once some days like today cross the line of 100f, but you get used to it. THE WILD LIFE here is very special, you have visit of many species of Birds, so prepare your camera for good shots 📸. Fot those who enjoy Mountain Biking is awesome as well, 3 min away you can acess the Contra Costa Canal Trail and many others 🙌🏻🤘🏻🚲 Right now I just can say THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE TEAM and hope they keep this amazing work! As a Google Local Guide I definitely RECOMMEND this place!!! And I will definitely give an update in 6 months hope for a complement only with positive things. Thank you.”
