“Very nice and upscale apartments for the area. Within walking distance of the Northern Quest Casino! The only criticisms I have are the parking and lack of cameras. Parking is unassigned unless you get a garage or a spot with a roof. If you work on the weekends or during the afternoon, you'll have fun trying to find a free spot. I suspect there are a few vehicles that are inoperable, as they haven't moved since I moved in, but I can't say for sure. Make sure you have your packages sent to the leasing office package room or have a doorbell camera, as there are not many cameras around the complex. I had a recent package that was delivered to my unit's door stolen. I'd like to think it may have been a non-resident or the delivery person, but you can never be too sure.”

“DO NOT RENT HERE. I wish I could leave 0 stars for the new management team that lacks transparency... I didn't have an issue living in this property until the Management team changed and I had to move out. I spent few days cleaning the apartment and the management team encouraged doing the checkout async (they asked me to drop off the keys and said they will check the apartment after my departure). BIG MISTAKE. I was surprised by a 200$ paint fee and 175$ cleaning fee. When I asked about an itemized bill, they refused to give me one. The manager sent me pictures of paint stains but I was able to prove that the most prominent patchwork one was there before I rented the apartment (good thing I kept pictures). The manager discounted a conveniently small 25$ from the 200$ bill and refused to send me an itemized bill to explain the remaining charges. He also refused to acknowledge that another stain in the pictures he sent me was already on the wall before I rented the apartment (proof in pictures I kept). 375$ additional charges is unreasonable considering the pictures they sent me and they will refuse to explain how they came up with this amount. DO NOT RENT HERE if you expect transparency through an itemized bill for charges during your move-out. You will be threatened by debt collection and they will not be transparent about their charges. The building Management team changed, so be careful and I recommend you look elsewhere”
