“Lived here for 2 years & my girlfriend wanted to move in & long story short she got the apartment below me and the apartment was not clearly not ready to be moved in... carpet was never replaced after previous owner had a dog and the apartment was still clearly dirty. Kelsey stated that the apartment was never cleaned up by maintenance. After 15 days of waiting for carpet to be replaced & for the apartment to be cleaned "to be move in ready" girlfriend handed the keys back because of everything. Now they don't want to give her first months money back after no one ever moved into the apartment.... "We can't do anything about it"”
