“Lived here from November 2021-December 2022. I was active duty military and only moved here because of its proximity to base. 1) The office staff is almost exclusively Latino and they clear exhibit favoritism if you’re Latino too. 2) The property manager is rude and incompetent and too dumb to be doing her job. 3) The place is as falling apart. I had numerous maintenance issues from clogged drains, garbage disposals that didn’t work, and drawers that were falling apart. 4) Mold, Roaches and so much trash at the dumpster it’s insane. 5) The gates never worked and my neighbor got his car stolen because of poor security. 6) Terrible parking. 7) Small spaces that are outdated and certainly NOT luxury.”
