“I have been here for almost three years now starting January and I love this place and management. Jason in management is very kind and helps with all needs! Maintainer workers are very quick and respectful when coming in. All the pictures on the website look exactly how everything is shown, I am staying here another year because I love this place and can sleep at night knowing I’m in a safe place as a single female.”

“would love to leave a bad review to keep rents where they are....since I've seen too many places increase drastically BUT after a full month of living here, the experience has been great!. The apartments are good for the price , good amount of space, well kept, and location is great. The main thing that I would say is the absolute highlight of Audubon Parc Apts is the service. My comment about service is - wow. We saw the unit over video tour because we were moving from out of the area. Elsa did 3 separate video tours and called us back to make sure we were aware of everything before moving forward (where is it facing, replacement of appliances and little things that would be fixed)..... The only thing I would say for future tenants is- floors seem to be older build (wood) & it sounds like the sound goes through easily. We've been trying to be aware of the sound when stepping since we like to be good neighbors, but having lived below other people, I know the sound seeps through easily. That being said, you can't get everything in a rental, but this is pretty close to it.”
