“Been here since June 2023 and I’m obsessed with this little gem. The lofted studios are gorgeous and have so much space. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the scenery is beautiful. I live having my morning cup of coffee or evening hot chocolate sitting on my screened in porch overlooking the little lake. No complaints.”

“I've spent enough time in Stone Creek to have seen and experienced a lot. No I do not have years of experience like folks who have lived there for years. But enough to have formed an opinion. Del Webb Stone Creek is by no means perfect. But truth be told, what really is? Stone Creek is nicer than most of the communities that we visited . And we visited quite a few in many areas in the state. I found that Stone Creek manages to hit a balance between true resort style living with almost Disney manicured facilities and grounds. And not being too much in price, residents and just too much of everything. Without a doubt there will be nicer, fancier or whatever places that folks may prefer. But the communities that I would consider in this category also come with down sides. This might be location, price, and a host of other down sides. Again, this is just my opinion. Yours may differ. Stone creek has nicely kept and manicured grounds throughout the community. Reflection Bay has a beautiful club house, with a second building almost completed. They have a third building housing the Spa, with a beautiful gym, indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. Behind the buildings is an awesome resort style pool and hot tub. It is just a well done set up. Yes there will be some negatives. But Im sure the positives far outweigh the negatives. The Reflexion Bay complex also houses other amenities like a dog park, community garden, softball field, basket ball courts, horse shoe pits, a pavilion, Bocce courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and so on. Stone creek is located close enough to a lot of stores, restaurants and services that one may want. Yet just far enough off the beaten path to provide calm quiet living. Of course there's no guarantee how the area will build up in the future. But for now, Stone Creek is close enough, yet far enough away at the same time. Stone Creek has a golf course and restaurant on site, both open to the public. I took some pictures in December 2023 for this review, that of course I will include. I'm not saying Stone Creek is perfect or that's it's for everybody. I'm only saying that I found it enticing enough to write a decent review. I find it a good compromise between grand living in a resort environment, yet reasonably priced and rural enough to actually enjoy the area. It's just worth taking a look for yourself.”

“I worked with Erica from the beginning, she is an absolute gem! She was so kind with my numerous visits to the property & last minute change in floorplans. Never showed any annoyance & wanted to make sure I landed where I would be happy. First class all the way. Move-In Day was seamless & the unit was in perfect condition, super clean & ready to settle into. The property has been super quiet, even through the Christmas holiday, & I have found my neighbors to be kind. Overall thrilled to be a resident & hope to be here for a long time.”

“I’ve lived here at the Livingston for about 6 months and am loving it so far! It’s a quiet neighborhood, never had any issues with noise. Maintenance is absolutely fantastic and quick with requests, especially Hubert!! He’s extremely helpful and personable; he even helped me hang a decoration in my apartment! The front desk has also been very helpful when needed. The amenities are nice. I feel very safe here, which was very important to me when looking for an apartment. Overall, we’ve had a great experience here and I highly recommend this complex!”

“Nightmare Living: Unprepared Apartments and Incompetent Management. My experience at Society Westshore has been nothing short of a living nightmare since the day I moved in back in August. From the very start, it was evident that the management's promises were nothing more than empty words, and the state of my apartment was a testament to their utter lack of professionalism. Upon receiving my keys, I walked into an apartment that was far from move-in ready. Maintenance was still in the process of painting. I told them that I would be in and out moving small items but that I wouldn't move any furnitures for 2-3 days. Still was not done. The walls in the bathroom does not match. AC filter was missing and I had to go to leasing office to get one (not the right size because they were out). The fridge was non-functional for 2 weeks, a couple of light bulbs needed replacing, and the tub required caulking, floor has damages. The pet dander, promised to be eliminated with a deep cleaning, still clung to every corner. Some photos provided. It became painfully clear that the management's commitment to providing a clean and habitable living space was nothing but lip service. The issues extended beyond my unit. The garage door was broken even before I moved in, and despite being reported multiple times, no action was taken to address the problem. The hallways are a disgrace – dirty, smelly, and in desperate need of a thorough steam cleaning. The overall lack of maintenance and cleanliness reflected the sheer neglect of the management. The chaos escalated when the management changed hands, introducing a new set of problems. We were abruptly asked to pay rent with checks because their online payment system was allegedly malfunctioning. This change was not only inconvenient but a blatant display of incompetence. A couple of months ago, my girlfriend (who lives in another unit) and I paid with a check as instructed which was placed under the door 2 days before the due date because I had to go out of town, only to be slapped with a $200 charge each, claiming they never received our payment and that the cleaners may have thrown it away. This unjust fee was compounded by other residents who found themselves facing late fees due to the management's inability to handle automatic payments. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, I received an email today, January 3, 2023 at 12:56 pm, stating "We are having technical difficulties with online auto-pay this month. If you are set up in auto-pay, please log in to your account to see if the rent was paid. If not, please make a one-time payment online today as this is your last day to pay before rent is considered late. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope the technical issue is resolved by IT soon.” This is informing us that we should check our accounts to confirm if rent was paid and, if not, make a one-time payment online before the day's end to avoid late fees. This last-minute notification is not only unprofessional but indicative of a consistent pattern of incompetence in managing the most basic aspects of the apartment complex. In conclusion, Society Westshore has proven to be a disastrous living experience. The unprepared apartments, broken promises, and incompetent management have created an environment that is far from the comfortable and hassle-free living that residents should expect.
