She loves what she does and it shows in her work ethic. Jonathan is another genuine spirit who displays professionalism, patience, and is easy to talk too. I'm grateful to have them as the Manager and Assistant Manger of The District. Now, the Maintenance Team....They are all in a class of there own. They have been nothing but professional, respectful, courteous and always on time when something is needed in my unit. I appreciate each and every one of them my living experience at The District at Windy Hill has been nothing but amazing. “I called Sunday night due to not having hot water, the maintenance guy told me to check the breaker I did and said ok I’ll see if this works. I called the after hrs number right back IMMEDIATELY and told them it didn’t work and I needed someone out ASAP!! NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP!!!! I had to boil hot water just to be able to clean my body! I AM BEYOND ANGRY WITH THE NEGLECT, DISRESPECT, AND LIES I CONSTANTLY GET FED!! I HAD A MAJOR SURGERY ON FRIDAY, so to be WITHOUT HOT WATER is was an awful experience for me!! I kept record of the times I’ve called you all, emailed you all and it all be ignored!! I try to be a good and respectful tenant, but it has gotten me NOWHERE! Tonight my hot water has went out again, and due to past emergency maintenance calls, or needing the courtesy officer to come out and being ignored I just asked what’s the point!! I still have yet to even hear from you about an email I sent you months ago!!”
