“i absolutely loved it here. i lived on the 3rd floor in building 2, and these people were so good to me! i can’t say enough good things about Kara, and that’s just to start! Karina worked with me & walked me through the entire process. i called a billion times and didn’t get an attitude ONCE! such kind and patient staff😭 I was a woman living alone, and was stuck trying to find an apartment very last minute to lease, and EPIC worked with me! I felt safe all the time, and the space is incredibly nice. Not only that, but the maintenance people, both being men, were amazing to me, & never made me feel weird in my own home. Answered incredibly quick when i needed them, always fixed my issues, and their response time AGAIN was so quick! you can’t find that with apartment complexes very often. i miss my homey lil space, and i only moved out because i relocated for school! i wish i had a photo of the bedroom, but i unfortunately do not! here is what was my beautiful kitchen and living room though 🩵”
