“My meeting was a sales call. I enjoyed speaking with Dale very much. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained his recommendations so that I fully understood. He promised to have his quote to me tomorrow with an explanation of every line item. I look forward to receiving his numbers. It was a very pleasant experience. Once I receive his quote, I'll decide if I'm going to use Doc Dancer. Update 8/2/23: I did chose Doc Dancer to install my new HVAC system. It was just installed today. I was so impressed with Chris and Jeorge. They were both very professional, kind, and knowledgeable installers. They explained what they were going to do and went to work. They had all the needed. materials with them to do a nice looking install. They cleaned every scrap of mess up and left it looking better than when they arrived. They gave me a walk through of their work when completed and gave me plenty of time for questions. I thoroughly recommend Doc Dancer! Update (8/16/23): Tim Devita came to teach me to use my new Ecobee3 Lite thermostat as well as inspect the installation to ensure it was installed properly. He helped me adjust the thermostat settings so that my A/C is dehumidifing as it should. He took the time to answer my questions and was going to have a manual sent out. He was here 45 minutes to an hour and the humidity is disappearing as I type this review. Tim was on time, very polite, and professional. Service was great!”

Vince was very knowledgeable, punctual and very thorough in his work. He was here to perform our semi annual maintenance on our systems. He kept us informed of what he was doing and his findings. He was explaining to me every step that he was doing and why. I really appreciated that because it helped me understand a little better. He also ensured that I knew where certain things were located and also gave me a mini class on my Ac system which I definitely appreciated since I was unaware of all the features. “Sep 2022, 50 year old cast iron boiler started acting up. Joe came out and provided me with quotes for a few different brands and in various configurations. I opted for high efficiency IBC unit. April 2023, called to make installation appointment and found the current price went down, not up! Even with current inflation! Utilized their interest-free financing through Wells Fargo. May 2023, Justin and Brandon replaced the boiler, hot water heater and garage heater with new units. The original quote was for 4 days and that's what it took, even though one of them was called away a couple times. They did a fantastic job. Happy with the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail. Very professional and easy to get along with. They answered all my questions, addressed any concerns. They also accommodated a couple extra request items during the installation. With IBC's 10-year Parts and Labor warranty and with Diamond Heating / Airtemp Alaska set to come out annually to do the inspection & servicing, I'm expecting this new system should run well and last for a very long time to come. I'd give them a 9.9. They'd get a 10 as soon as they add Ernie to their crew's "Our Team" website! 🙂 Here are some photos showing progress during the installation.”

“I used ARS for a furnace tune up. This was the first time ever doing this as I’m a new homeowner. The office staff was great and got me an appointment same day! The tech that came out was super courteous, professional, and helpful. He expressed that he encourages people to watch him through the process so they know exactly what is going on and there are no surprises or mistrust, which I very much appreciated. He was honest about the age and shape my furnace was in and upfront about any cost if I needed to replace a part and that because of the age, it really wasn’t worth it. A few days later, my furnace started leaking and I panicked. Called them and someone came out next day. It turns out, the tech forgot to connect a hose back after the tune up. The tech that came out to fix the issue checked 3 times to make sure everything was back and working smoothly before he left and there was no charge to me since it was an error on their part! I was so relieved. People make mistakes, so it was not a big deal to me. I am just happy that they took responsibility for their mistake and corrected it so promptly. Both of the techs that came out were so helpful and answered all of the questions I had. I had a pleasant experience with not only the techs but also the office staff. Everyone was on time and efficient unlike other places that will make you wait all day. Would 100% recommend them and am going to continue using ARS in the future!”
