Vince was very knowledgeable, punctual and very thorough in his work. He was here to perform our semi annual maintenance on our systems. He kept us informed of what he was doing and his findings. He was very considerate about bringing dirt into the house and on our floors. He gave us a summary on everything he did. Very pleased with his service. Thank you Vince!”

“I am so pleased with my service I recently revived. I was experiencing some issues with the airflow.. and the technician they sent out Gilbert Delgado was awesome. He was explaining to me every step that he was doing and why. I really appreciated that because it helped me understand a little better. He also ensured that I knew where certain things were located and also gave me a mini class on my Ac system which I definitely appreciated since I was unaware of all the features. He was also careful by putting on shoe covers to protect my carpet which was great! Definitely would recommend and was definitely pleased with the service that Gilbert provided.”

“My AC went out on a day where temps were hitting triple digits. Brutal! I called multiple companies who advertised 24 hour service and only 2 returned my call (it was a Sunday morning). Not only did Eric from Eskimo Brothers call me back within 30 minutes, he was at my property to assess the situation by 10 AM that morning! Unfortunately when he arrived it was bad news, compressor was shot and a new unit was needed (he gave me multiple options but replacing the unit was the most reasonable for a 10+ year old unit). I decided to do my due diligence and had a second opinion which provided the same diagnosis, bad compressor, new unit needed. I received several quotes and I decided to go with Eskimo brothers and I’m glad I did! Eric scheduled me for the very next day at a very fair and reasonable price. Alex was my installer. Not only did he do an amazing job installing the unit, but you couldn’t ask for a nicer, more polite guy than him. He answered every question I had, a true professional. He sealed the deal on why I will stick with Eskimo brothers for any future AC needs or maintenance. If you need AC work done, look no further. Trust me.”

The guys came right on time to do the install, did a totally stellar job. They worked very hard, got into insanely tight spots in the attic, cleaned up very nicely, and made sure everything was 110% before they left, including schooling me on the system and warranty. The price was unbeatable as well. Chris was great to work with and runs a great outfit. His crew consisted of Brandon and Steve and boy are these guys just an amazing team. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and I don't even think I saw them take a break all day. Highly highly recommend Airheads!”

“The online process was a breeze and the same service technician has been to our house for 3 regular appointments. His communication and performance has been very professional. We are very happy with everything so except for thing... I'm sure they will resolve this quickly but we were double charged for the initial visit. When I called they confirmed that it was double charged and they submitted it for credit and said it may take up to 10 days. It's been over 30 days now and we've already paid for our second month of service so they haven't credited the double charge or put it towards our account. We are still waiting for this to be resolved”

“BE AWARE IT IS A SCAM!!!! I called this company the fix an A\C on a tenants unit. They charge me $3654 to replace the coils and fixed a pipe. I thought was expensive but they told me this is what was need it for the A\C to be working. My tenant was without A\C for 3 weeks. So I hired them. I gave them my credit card they charged $1500. They went to fixed my A\C . And took the $1654 from my card. My tenant called saying the A\C wasn’t working. That the technician said the A\C need it to be replaced. I asked about pipe repaired $754 . He told me nothing was done . He just put a foam on it. I could not believe that!!! Spoke with Andrea again. She transfer me to the GM of the company that offer me to replace the A\C with $5600 more of what I had paid. I said no I found a company that was going to replace for $7000. They told me I was getting my money back . It has been over 3 weeks and all they do is asked me to wait. I never got my money back!!! Be aware of this company! I did reached out to you Erin more them 5 times you always told you will have an answer for me by the end of the day! But you never had an answer for me and until now no money back”

“We put down our deposit with Patrick over 6 months ago and still do not have a working generator. He has failed to provide me with updates after repeated text messages and calls. After three months of waiting I called Patrick and was told that the county rejected our permit because they did not receive the proper paperwork. We provided them with all the necessary documentation but they failed to submit it to the county. Patrick never notified me. If I hadn’t called I would never have known. When the county finally approved our paperwork then we were in the middle of hurricane season and our installation was delayed . Select Power finally installed our generator a few weeks ago and it is still not hooked up. Patrick told me on multiple occasions we were next in line.When no one showed up he blamed the gas man. . I guess he was tired of giving me excuses so he started ignoring my texts and calls. He finally took my call today and he told me he thought we passed the inspection but he didn’t know for sure.When I told him it would be up and running if it weren’t for the paperwork incident he told me he would fire Shanon if that would make me happy. That just made me more disgusted . I wouldn’t do business with this company if they were the last provider. The only reason we did is because they were a Generac approved provider. When I called Generac they were surprised Select Power charged our credit card for the balance when it wasn’t hooked up.”

“This company used to be one of my favorites to use on the island. Lately with so many rental home and mass expansion in employees the personal service is gone. They sent a tech over to my home that miss diagnosed the problem and did not fix anything. I have video of the tech hanging out at my beach house to add up hrs and get the bill up. Lapensee fired the employee but never credited me for the bill I paid through managing company. Been using them for years but wont any longer on any of my homes in Anna Maria”
