“I have been using Pioneer Air for several years without a problem, until I had a check up on my unit. Zach came and said there is an airflow problem on this unit and that they would have to do duct work and add two vents so the unit would not fail. I did not have a reason not to trust the information and did not get a second opinion. We chose the less expensive repair option for 6000. The work was never completed. After several calls to Pioneer, I finally got an invoice for the proposed work. Ninety percent of the list was never completed. I finally set up an appointment with the owner Leo. He couldn't explain the invoice and asked what he could do to "make it right". He said he would extend our labor warranty and give us a refund for the 6000.00. He would recharge us for the work provided and include a duct cleaning for 1300.00. To this day we have still not received our money back and he will no longer return our calls. The office no longer exists as they are in the middle of "moving". I have since read several reviews on YELP of the same scam being done to other people. Included is a picture of my 6000.00 vent. STAY AWAY FROM PIONEER AIR.... FAR AWAY”

“The absolute worst company I've ever delt with, customer service is at an all time low, have been without heat, hot water, and stove for two weeks. Turned the tank off due to their neglect in doing frequent checks on propane level. Been a faithful customer for 12 yrs. Will definitely be calling and switching companies. Definitely needs a lesson on how to do business!!!”
