“We think the food here is great. We came from other site’s recommendations and are not disappointed. The staff is friendly. We ordered butter chicken and it’s not just simply sweet as some other places are. The chef here also came to speak and greet with guests personally and surprised us with his hospitality. Would recommend for other people for Indian food. Also there’s a discount when I came as I booked through TripAdvisor.”

“Vishal’s Indian at food at east Gosford was seriously delicious! I don’t handle spicy well so we ordered everything mild and you could taste the individual ingredients of each dish! The sharing plate entree of a samosa pastry was flaky and melted on my tongue the lamb filling was Devine! The chicken tikka was beautifully cooked and seasoned along with the lamb Seekh kebab. The onion pakora was also perfectly cooked and seasoned! For mains we ordered garlic and cheese naan’s.. both with delicious flaky pastry …plus Dahl, mango chicken, Malai Kofta and Lamb Saag. All so delicious! The food sizes were generous and we took most of it home so we will both be enjoying it for another meal or 2. The service was great and Preet could not have been more helpful and friendly… highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!!!”

“The Grand Pavilion is legitimately the BEST Indian food in Newcastle! I’ve eaten loads of Indian food in my time and the one thing is I always feel bloated. The Grand Pavilion is nothing like this. The food quality was like we were at the owners home in India being treated to real authentic food. We were served by a Gentleman named Dhilip who was very attentive and recommended the dishes we ordered. Big thanks to Dhilip and Chef’s for making such amazing food. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The best quick dine in or take out Indian restaurant in Sydney. Got introduced to this place over 20 years from a friend, and it never disappoints. My go to is always Butter Chicken with rice, and a garlic naan. Food is top quality, fresh and well prepared. It used to be open late pre covid, but now times are closing are around 10 - 10:30pm most nights. Hopefully with business it will get back to scheduling it once had 🤞. Don't even consider to place next door... your better off going to Coles and getting microwave meal.”

“Can't praise this place enough! My menulog order didn't arrive even tho the app stated delivered, so I called to reorder thru the restaurant. The owner was an absolute gem, he even called menulog without me knowing and they are processing a refund! He is an amazing person, first class service! The food is always amazing, the very best!!! Highly recommend for your next takeaway night!!!!”
