“The goat curry we ordered was amazing. Spice level - spicy. Unapologetic Indian spiciness made the curry go well with rice. Not the best sweet lassi that we have had. The rice that came with the curry was cooked well. The service here is second to none. We asked for lemon to add to the goat curry and for served with onions, lemons and chili (typical in any restaurant in India). Very close to the highway. Parking next to the restaurant can be validated. So free parking.”

“Normally we love this place, however we will no longer be giving them our business. I called to place a small order of samosas the day before and was told to just call back a few hours before I needed them. When we called to place the order, I was then told they weren't taking anymore orders for the day. I tried to explain that I tried to place the order the day before and was instructed to call at this time and the man didn't care and just hung up the phone.”

“Stepped in for dinner with friends and family, place wasn’t crowded at all, though could see 2-3 carryouts for the duration we stayed. Staff was friendly and courteous, table was immediately made available for a group of 8. Appetizers were good, had high hopes for main course. Unfortunately they were out of Veg Dum Biriyani and Mushroom Masala so had to go for alternatives - Paneer Biriyani (totally **NOT** worth it) and Karahi Paneer (the same again). Really good was Paneer Tikka Masala and Chana Masala 👌🏼👌🏼 Overall okay experience!”

“Raja Rani is hands-down the best Indian restaurant in Canton. This place is great under the new management. Thanks to them, we don’t have to go to Farmington hills anymore to get good Indian food. If you believe in ‘comfort food’, this is your go-to place! The chef is great and they have excellent options on their menu and a variety of specials each week. From Jackfruit biryani to curry dosa and everything in between… they have an awesome list of amazing food. Their dishes are unique and authentic. Watch out for their vaazhai ilai virundhu (food served on a banana leaf) announcements on special occasions! The taste and quality of food has been very consistent. When I am craving Indian food, I can trust them to never disappoint! I would give them more stars if I could! Highly recommend!!”
