“Basant was great. The service was very welcoming. Right from the hostess seating us to the waiters being attentive to small details, we had an impeccable service. The food was outstanding. Not the most authentic but has a great spin to traditional Indian food. The gulab jamoon cheesecake stole the show. I'm looking forward to being back and trying other items on the menu.”

“Order a PBM online takeout and specially mentioned it to be medium spicy. But the food I got was extremely spicy. Even though I am used to eating spicy food, I had to take a sip of water after every bite. I ate some food but had to throw the rest away because my mouth was burning. Do you guys even read instructions for an online order? I had also asked to get cutlery on the side but didn't get anything. Very disappointed, probably never again”

“The momos were SO good!! We got the tornado fries, chicken tandoori momo, the butter chicken momo, and gulab jamun. We really loved the chicken tandoori momos! As someone that has never had momos before I really enjoyed it and the chicken tandoori momos were true to their name and super flavorful. Can’t wait to come back and try more!”

“Delicious food and a lovely little restaurant. Had great service, too. Tried a little bit of everything. Dishes can be prepared at different spice levels. I'd recommend the saag paneer and the cheese nan. Saffron in the mango lassi was a nice touch. Would definitely eat here again!”

“Recently We went there to have dinner. We ordered chicken tikka masala, chicken seekh kabab, beef bihari kabab, and naan. The bihari kabab was good. I also liked the tikka masala. But the seek kabab was not upto the mark. It tasted more like egg than chicken. The naans were okay. The service was horrible. We were a group of seven. Some of us went early and were waiting for the others. The others took about 10 mins. At this time, three waiters came three to four times to tell us to order now, even though we told them we had more guests arriving. When ordering, the waiter asked multiple times if these were what we wanted. Do we want more? Because the kitchen will be closed. Even though we said that was enough for us, they were asking and insisting on ordering more. Finally, we didn't even finish eating, the waiter came and told us to pay. I had to pay in the middle of my dinner. The service was really poor. The price of the food is higher compared to the taste.”

“So maybe this place was hyped up a bit too much and that's probably why I didn't think it was as amazing as everyone else did. The food was just good. That's it. It's maybe my fifth favorite Indian restaurant within the city and it won't even stand up next to the ones in the suburbs. That being said some of the dishes were pretty well done, like the Chaat, the goat Momo's, the Paneer Tandoori, the Gruyere Cheese Naan, and the Shahi Korma. I think the Pistachio Paan Kulfi wasn't even good though. That is not what actual Kulfi tastes like and adding paan to if did not make it better. And my friend said she's had better Kulfi from Costco. The ambiance was nice, the service was excellent, and the drinks were okay. I would probably give this place a 3.5, but I'm rounding up.”

A $14.99 chicken 65 is packed in a half full of appetizer container rather than a full container! Definitely not going back!”

“This place was great! Not only was the food great, but the lovely family that ran the place and their fun children really brightening up the atmosphere. If I were to say anything productive, I’d say that the tables could have been cleaner and fan seemed to be a little old as well and could use fixing up. We loved the food and our time there!! 100% recommend!!”
