“It's a great place for kids but I'm really upset with the way an employee treated me, I have a child with autism. He is a child with good behavior and does not harm anyone, but I must stay with him, I was standing looking at my child while he was playing, and then the employee was calling me with his hand in an impolite manner and calling me “hey.” Another employee intervened and told him she was allowed to stay with her child, then he left There is no respect.”

“Studios are both good, they are also clean. The spin bikes are actually the best i have been on. A variety of free weights and gym equipment but some of it is a little tired. Lots of variety of class choices (both virtual and instructor) I haven't used the swimming facilities so can't comment on that”

“Very disappointed - clearly don’t care about the safety of customers. I visited flip out Rochdale yesterday at 11am. W There was an inflatable rodeo bull, which allegedly malfunctioned and hit my 4yr old daughter in the head with full force. The employee said ‘she didn’t know what happened, as the bull shouldn’t do that’. I had to tell the employee to go and report it to the manager, and stop using the ride, whilst giving my own daughter first aid ( staff made no attempt to help). Despite the machine allegedly malfunctioning, the young lady continued to reopen the ride and cause further harm to other customers. The employee who actually hurt my daughter, then chose to continue to target us for rest of the hour, by telling us we couldn’t go on things, and I couldn’t help her bounce - despite many other parents doing exactly the same, and having ten teenage lads without adults running around.”

“Ice little play area and it’s clean however the toilets aren’t up to the highest of standards! Also the door isn’t safe the children can easily get out when someone goes out or in!! Food is just simple food and I agree isn’t the cheapest day out if you haven’t got enough to splash out on snacks and toys makes it embarrassing for a parent trying to get your child out and you’ve no money to pay for the light up sword! The place is a good play area though!”
