“We really love this hotel. I love that with the Hilton app you can do your pre check in and choose your rooms. The rooms were very clean and everyone was so nice. The safety in the hotel is amazing there is closed parking and the elevators only allow you to your own floor. The breakfast was delicious with different options.”

“First, if you are sensitive to chemical smells, then you will be uncomfortable here, possibly nauseated. They put forth great efforts to be clean, but in doing so the chemical smell is very, very heavy in some places. Still in the room but not as heavily. The rooms are smallish but clean. However if you expect hot water you will only get warm water as it appears they put a temperature limit on it. Warm enough for a shower but just warm. Also make sure you have something to cut open the soap packet. The plastic covering they are in proved impossible for me to tear open. Had to cut it with my toenail clippers. Guess I could have used my teeth - ya no thanks. As a business traveler one of the positive things I appreciate is that they have a physical network connection that actually works! Far more reliable and faster than the wireless, so whoever decided to do that at this property - thank you! The staff is really good, very friendly. I have to give it three stars due to the very troubling heavy chemical smell.”

“Beware: Bedbugs and horrible service I was given room 311 and after a few minutes in the room noticed bedbugs both on the bed and on the wall. I even brought a dead one to the reception as evidence. The hotel switched me to room 811. After 2 hours I woke up with bites on my hand and also found bedbugs in that bed. I then decided to move to another hotel. The receptionist said he couldn’t do anything but asked me to come back the next morning to speak to the manager. When I returned the next day, the manager first denied the problem saying they checked and that it wasn’t bedbugs. When I showed him the pictures and videos, his reaction was: “So what?” They didn’t issue any refund (I left after only 3 hours in 2 bedbug infested rooms). They didn’t even apologise or look into the matter. Horrible hygiene conditions and absolutely pathetic service. My worst experience in 17 years of travelling.”

“Great price for a few hours of fun with your partner, about $20 for 6 hrs. It is near the Zaragoza bridge so it's convenient if you're from EP and very discreet. The place appears to be clean, beds are comfortable, staff is polite. Only complaint I have is they need to change the adult movie channels. They only have 2 and they play the same movies every time we go. They're on a 2 hour rotation. If they added a kamasutra couch it would be even better 😏 My 2 cents.”

The hotel was empty, with a note on the door that said to call a phone number but they never answer my call. After I contacted them through the booking app they answer saying that their staff had other priorities. They say their check in hours is from 2pm to 3pm. DO NOT STAY IN HOTEL ALDAMA! Save yourself from a horrible experience.”

It has very cheap toiletries available (and you have to ask for them at the front desk) there's no air conditioned in the room (not even a fan) but there is a gas heater. Hot water is promptly at your shower but there are only two towels, so don't forget to ask for more! Included meals are basic and the fresher the better; beware of the spiced meals and skip the "discarda". Overall, is very good to spend the night specially when nice or cold weather.”

“The hotel is not bad, but not great either. It’s not cheap, the weekend price is almost double the week day one. Our room was small. The water pressure was very poor, the sheets were dirty. We had to call the front desk to have them changed and they tried to blame it on us before changing them. But we had just checked in, so they had to change the sheets. Then the location. Yes, it’s on the street where all the parties are, and you’re sure to hear them from your room. You can hear the noise from the street and what is happening in the other rooms too. We had to witness someone‘s passionate night + the music and noice from the street. You can barely sleep.”
