“What a fantastic hotel! Check in was so easy, the hotel is beautiful and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My travel companions noticed that there was a few items left in the fridge when we checked in and it was removed immediately with a sincere apology from the manager. Plus they sent us up a fruit tray, a dessert plate and arranged some cute “animal” towels for our inconvenience. I personally have NEVER gotten that kind of service before!! Hands down the hotel is a must book! The rooms are very clean, well maintained and the room with the king bed and bunk beds upstairs was unique and spacious. I will stay here again. Definitely!!!”

“Room had stains all over the bed sheets pics are attached for your review. Pillows had old blood stains in the pillow cases. Roaches in the bathroom, lights don’t work in the bathroom. We had to leave the lights on all night to prevent roaches moving about and crawling into our baggage to take back to the states. Walls were dirty, as well the mirrors. The mirror finger check failed as well. If you don’t know YouTube it. They we’re quick to change sheets and pillows cases which this time were clean. There are plenty of reviews below that have the same concerns, obviously they don’t care because the same issues are still apparent from reviews that are 6 months old. Everyone in that hotel buisness needs to be retrained on customer service, and cleanliness. Hotel Manager should sleep in this filth, so she can experience what her customers are experiencing.”

“I would say you get what you pay for. For a budget hotel this was as nice as could be expected. Staff were very friendly, everything was clean and breakfast was simple but prepared fresh. It’s a good location and felt safe. Not a super fancy place but for 2 nights it was a good deal and I would stay again. Best part is they have hot and cold drinking water on each floor! And walkable to many good restaurants.”

I had no problems on my first stay (aside from their signature scent which I don't agree with) but on my next two stays, that's when I encountered problems. I noticed molds in the bathroom and stains on the tiles and ceiling. On my second stay, there were no towels & TV reception (watching TV helps me relax) so I called housekeeping, but couldn't get through. I called reception and asked for towels. Called back after 2 hours to follow up but no one answered until the next day. Had to buy a towel at a nearby shop. My third stay was the worst. No towels, no hairdryer, no bath mat (need one because of the mold & stains) and the most ugly part of it all was there were cockroaches. I wasn't able to take more pictures since I don't bring my mobile in the bathroom. I keep staying at this hotel because of the great location. It's beside the mall and so near great bargain shopping areas. Some budget shops and food stalls around the vicinity open as early as 7AM and it's soooo convenient. I really do wish they improve the place.”

We were charged an extra person charge for my son traveling with me and my wife which we gladly paid for but we had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for use as there were only two towels in the room. When we requested for just one extra pillow in the evening, we were told by the front desk that this was another 150 peso charge per day. This is unacceptable as we have already been charged for an extra person which we expected also included some extra amenities to make the stay comfortable. We would definitely not recommend staying here as they are trying to squeeze guests out of every dime and nickel that they can. They would rather lose customers than offer an extra pillow.”

“Rooms are OK but the bed is a bit small. Wifi is horrible 90% of the time and there are no windows. They always have rooms available and you can rent only half a day for cheaper if you're just over nighting. AC is barely enough. Grocery store and mall right across the street. I went a few minutes after viewing the room to request a refund, but was given only something like 75-85% due to their refund policy (I was only in the room for a few minutes). Do not recommend, there are much better hotels in the same price range.”

Location was great right in the middle of where you want to be! quite small rooms few surfaces to put stuff on, cold showers in some of the rooms, not the most comfortable bed, however everything seemed pretty clean. Not the best breakfast, very small egg portions and if you want more it’s 100 pesos. Great pool and excellent view on the roof top!”

However, there were a couple of downsides to note. The water pressure in the hotel was on the low side, and there were no complimentary toiletries provided, which was a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, it wasn't a major issue for us since we didn't spend much time in the hotel – it was primarily a place to rest for the night.”
