“The experience you get here is as close to being at "your own" beach house, however with all the infrastructure and service of a hotel. This is where you come to relax and enjoy the beach, if you are looking for pool parties with DJ's this is not the place for you. I have been here twice with my toddler and it was great, in fact, they have a farm with some animals that kids love. the rooms are not luxurious but are clean and well kept - again, similar to a traditional local beach house. This is my go-to hotel in the region.”

“Hotel Maysa was sufficient. But as someone who is used to hotels in the USA. I find things lacking. First, wifi signal isn’t strong enough in my bedroom(only kinda works in the bathroom). The management was able to change a room for me the next day, and internet speed was very fast once I got a strong signal. Both rooms I got only had small windows, and there is no fan in the bathroom? How do I vent the humidity? Trash can in the bathroom is very rusted, and the faucet seems to have some sort of leak that spills onto the counters. There is a lot of cracked on the floor tile. In general, room is dated overall. Breakfast is great though. And customer service is very friendly even though I don’t speak Portuguese.”
